ParticipantWell maybe that’s possible after all true love is the only magic that can transcend realms maybe Emma still retains magic outside of Storybrooke.

I agree with SpinningGold, and I don’t think they’re turning hook into a comedy routine at all!
The guy just does things on impulse and the consequences usually end up with him hitting the floor, but the man gets results either way; are we forgetting he managed to hurt rumple twice? 🙂We have seen the side of him that is a man filled with loss, pain and thirsting for revenge, but I love how he is still a charmer no matter how bad things can be
The show isn’t done with him yet! 🙂 and neither am I 😆That’s what’s awesome about Hook sure he hits the floor but you can’t just discount him he is a threat to whoever he targets despite being at a disadvantage. I can see him ending up helping Emma against Regina and Cora just out of spite for screwing him over lol.

You know the way they are treating this Hook actually does reflect the Hook from the Disney’s Peter Pan. 😀 Right? He is always being knocked out in that movie, which I might add are the funniest scenes from the movie. What can we do? Hook loves his floor. 😆 😆 😆 😆
I hadn’t thought of it like that before and actually when you think about it Hook has to contend against a magically powered Peter Pan in the movie and here against all magical villains

ParticipantOh I noticed that tear right away I knew she was fighting herself the whole time the only reason she could even look at him was because he told her to.

ParticipantJust noticed this line from The Cricket Game when Emma walks in to Gold’s shop Rumple tells Emma that she has her mother’s chin lol Nice reference to True North when Snow makes the same quip.

I’m actually looking forward to what could be the love triangle, and jealous Neal/Hook will be fun 😛
The other great thing about CS is that we can also take the mickey out of Hook from time to time, it’s a fun ship to be on!
Especially if Neal is Peter Pan? There’s no telling what it was like between Peter Pan and Hook as of now but I’d say best case they were at each other like we’d expect and now they get to be at each other again over Emma.

Seriously though…
@RumplesGirl wrote:He is very much the Wile E Coyote of OUaT right now. I think once we get past Cora’s story and probably start exploring Neverland (probably in season 3) they’ll stop making him so comical and let him be Captain Hook for real
One of the reasons I’m hoping Nealfire was in Neverland is because it could provide us with a great ongoing storyline where Hook would be a central character, instead of just being tossed around on the sidelines. I’d love to see NealfirePan and Hook having a complex relationship in Neverland, but not hating each other, I’d like it if Hook had played sort of a father figure role to him. That would make the present day situation of Hook vs Rumple and Nealfire stuck in the middle ripe for confusion and angst from all three of them, and would give Colin some juicy material to sink his acting chops into.
I’d also love it if they made Ariel a Neverland resident, (as some have speculated, considering there’s a Mermaid Lagoon there), and tied Hook into her story somehow. I’m already totally shipping those two in my head, even though we have no indication that they ever met. 😆 Anyway, regardless of who it ends up being with, I want the guy to find love again with someone, which would also give him a meatier storyline than what he has now.
Yeah I really hope that he is so they can explore that whole backstory next season, as for now Hook’s been taking his shot since his first appearance. He’s becoming my favorite character because he he keeps coming back despite being undermanned against Rumple, Cora and Regina. It’s really cool to have a villain who can’t go to magic to make an impact and really has to make up for it in other ways. From the couple of clips it seems Hook will have his moments before he weekly trip to the canvas.

I loved Emma for the Knock-out of Hook and about Neals “Papa”.
I really are a little bit sad about Henry and Rumple. They were so sweet before Rumple know about his relationship and know he acts like a spoiled kid that is jealous, because he don’t get any attention of Neal. “You can call me what ever you want.” AAARRGGGHHHH. With another tone it could be a sweet scene.
Please Henry, call him GRANDPASTILTSKIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would have liked that bit to go like this
Henry: Do I call you grandpa now?
Mr. Gold: Call me whatever you like
Henry: Grandpastiltskin?
Mr. Gold: Except that -
