Pan might have seen the future (or at the least the variation that he is wedded to) before he went to Neverland. I’ll bet he has a spy network that brings him news of the worlds. It would explain how GOAT got recruited and why he eludes to Hook working for him, Gold did say other would come did he not.

At the 12 sec mark intuition tells me we might just see some Emma magic.

Oh and #6, Rumple is clearly done listing to his conscience with that choking the image of Belle bit unless someone/thing intervenes

What ifs:
If it’s Neal’s grandpa then we’ve got an interesting dynamic here, grandpa sins explained to grandson allowing him to understand his Papa better (even though his Papa might have just struck him from the family X-mas card list for last weeks events).
If it were Tink that would provide an avenue for Tink to learn about Robin’s fate (assuming Neal saw the Tattoo at some point) which would be leg up to Regina
If it’s Eric then its a reuniting story that may take a while to play depending on how long it takes to get to Storybrooke.
If its Wendy then we might assume it was a rescue on her part that went terribly wrong and landed her as prisoner for a century and change.
Neal’s granddad, Tink or Wendy seem the most viable options.

Henry’s belief that stick is a sword can cut both ways, perhaps all it takes is for him to believe Gramps will be all right.

So what do we know
1) Snow acts as Ariel’s fixer with Eric
2) Regina’s not to thrilled about that
3) Regina removes herself from the group for some reason (frustration I’ll wager).
4) Regina runs into Rumple and they encounter The Shadow
5) Regina either is Ursula or makes Ariel think she is (how much lobbying do you suppose Lana did for that bit)
