ParticipantIf you think about it though, the original curse that Regina cast was like the tornado in the Wizard of Oz in that it lifted everyone from one world and plopped them in another. Emma was very much like Dorothy when she arrived in Storybrooke many of the characters lacked something because of the curse and she helped them to find it in the way Miss Gale did for her three companions. I’m getting the sense that the Oz theme is much deeper and has been with us from the beginning and we just haven’t picked up on it. We’ve caught the odd reference but not the big picture and with the Witch’s intro that part of the story is going to be picking up steam.

So you’re prediction is Regina? Could be. But those aren’t colors I associate with the EQ. Even in the FTL shots we have of 312,she’s head to toe in her black.
Not necessarily, but it could be. Regina’s clothing does have a lot of floral motifs in dove grey and white especially in that outfit she wore when she was still an innocent young princess. It could be a flashback outfit to those younger days.

ParticipantHere’s a thought to chew on: What if Regina is the good witch and that’s why the triple W will be giving her such a hard time? As far as the shared wardrobe I’m not on board with the sister idea, I get the sense Regina was an only child. Now auntie or cousin is the direction I’m leaning in.

ParticipantRebecca looks awesome dressed as WWW…very similar to how Regina dressed as the Evil Queen.
Same costume as Regina in Hat Trick.

ParticipantThat’s not the mayor’s desk it’s the conference table on the other side of the room.
One more observation at 6 sec into the promo in the background the unmistakable figure of Little John can be seen. The SB crowd will fall in with the Merry Men not long after getting back I’ll bet.

ParticipantObservations:
1) The gang arrives back w/ memories intact and are still family
2) Storybrooke comes back in a new paradigm
3) New curse brings everyone back to the Land w/o Magic affects on memories unknown.
4) Wicked Witch in Regina’s old haunts in EF
5) Whale, Hook and Robin all present in hospital scene (new sheriff in town? which considering the RH stories would be a tremendous irony)
6) Emma needs some convincing (surprise, surprise)

Clarification, phrase above was intended to be sardonic

ParticipantConvenient that Rumple just remembered that Regina can stop the curse. I’ll be interested to see how that plays out. I think we’ll get a glimpse of potentially just how powerful Regina is.

I like that theory. I think it would be very appropriate for Regina to save those that she cursed
If so, and if the Regina-altered curse still has a detrimental effect of some description, would that mean that she would be the only one who could break it? Like, with a TLK? From Robin?
You know this is the line of thought I’m working from, but the problem is she would have to believe that Robin is out there and to the best of our knowledge she considers him lost. There is a chance though that Tink convinced her that he’s still out there or that she will be convinced of that before episode’s end (it would make sense since the breaking the original curse seemed all but hopeless). If that’s the case then we might see something along the lines of in order to break the curse Emma has to find Robin and reunite him with Regina. And with their true love consummated her heart will be fully healed and happy endings brought back. Cause it seems to me that Emma’s magic at its strongest is when it brings people together. The magic tricks are all very well and good but I think the real magic is an unseen one that works its way into the way our characters get on w/ one another.
