I was thinking that the iconic Disney scene that A&E are referring to is actually the dance between beauty and the beast. It would be done indoors. Emile mentioned she has her dancing shoes.
On another board I visit, there is speculation that Hook get his hand back, but then later might cut it off. The is a picture of him with bandages and other stuff on a table that made a person speculate that.
I’ve been thinking (speculating) that the Will and Hook know each other from Wonderland. Will was Cora’s knave and Hook would later serve a somewhat similar role. Will and Hook could have met before Hook found Cora or while Hook was working with her.

sweetgrassParticipantI think POM may be right about Henry getting between CS. In the Season 4 spoiler thread, I included a link to an Robert and Emile interview. RC states that Henry goes to Rumple because he is unhappy and wants his fake memories back. I hope he doesn’t blame Hook for bringing them back. RC states that he didn’t know Henry was going to work at the pawnshop.

sweetgrassParticipantThis is intriguing and confusing. There is a comic con interview with Robert C. and he states that Henry is unhappy and goes to Gold to have his fake memories restored. This doesn’t seem right because Henry seemed to remember New York see. 3;05
It’s odd to me that he forgot. The whole third curse was very strange.

sweetgrassParticipantI don’t mind if Neal stans want to talk about Neal. What bothers me is that some of these stans seem to act like their perception/view of the show is the only correct one, that the actors and writers are being pressured to change the show and public statements because it doesn’t validate their view. It’s like that one SwanQueen fan that insisted that SQ was in all the writing and acting because that is what she saw and anything else was caving into homophobia. I don’t think it is fair to the writers, creators and actors on the show to act like you, a fan, know their character/show better than they do.
I personally don’t think that Emma’s romantic lead was set in stone. Hell, they could still kill CS. I think that they wanted to test the chemistry with various actors/characters to see where the story went. August, Neal, Hook were all potential loved interests. Most shows don’t last more than a season, so I don’t think they plot past the current season. To be honest A&E only seem to be looking at half-season at a time.
Worse is that nothing the writers say or do is good enough. If they mention Neal, it’s wrong because it pours salt in the wound since Neal is no longer on the show and is only paying Neal stans lip service; if they don’t mention Neal, it’s wrong because the writers are ignoring the importance of Neal. It’s also wrong to assume that the actors are not friends with MRJ. Everyone in the cast seems to get along and to be friends. I’ve heard JenMo, Colin and RC say nice things about MRJ after he left the show. The actors don’t control the show and didn’t make the decision to have Neal written out of the show. I don’t know what they expect the cast to do. Are they supposed to stage a protest because Neal was written off? I don’t get it. We have no idea what went on behind the scenes and that’s the way it should be as the cast and crew are professionals.
I read somewhere that in the commentary for the Jolly Roger, Colin says that Hook doesn’t feel like he belongs in StoryBrooke but he won’t leave because of Emma. I thought that was an interesting comment. I think we saw some of that when he talked to Tink about how StoryBrook can be disorienting. I hope they explore that a little bit. Hook puts up a good front but it must be so hard to come to our world full of technology.

sweetgrassParticipantWhat I wonder about is if anyone but Belle and Neal know that Rumple killed his wife. Neither Hook nor Rumple have explicitly said to anyone but Neal and Belle. They’ve only accused each other of taking Milah away and as they both prove it means radically different things, especially since Rumple has magic.
I saw the deleted scenes and I liked most of them in particular the one with Emma and Henry talking about Neal and the one with Snow talking about Regina’s note. They need those moments to ground the show in emotions and reality.

sweetgrassParticipantI would love to see Milah fleshed out more. Sadly, I doubt she will be back. I remember Bobby C. saying that Rachel (the actress) got the most hate mail.
That blogger made a good point that I never noticed. Rumple never apologizes to Milah for destroying their lives and marriage. Yet he makes Milah apologize to him.
What is sad is that she is being condemned for abandoning her son, but she left him with a loving parent. Yet Rumple abandoned Bae and left Bae alone and defenseless to hang onto his power. I don’t understand how Rumple being abandoned by Malcolm explains or in a way excuses what he did to Bae or why he wouldn’t move for a fresh start with Milah.
I like Rumple as entertainment. He’s a great character fun to watch and his motivations are understandable, meaning you understand what drives and can see things from his point of view. BUT he is an extremely selfish man. Everything is about him. I think the spinsters did him a disservice raising him to believe that he was a superspecial snowflake that everyone’s life should revolve around his “pain” and needs, without any consideration to others. Maybe it was genetic. Malcolm was similar.

Hook and Emma go on a proper date. I wonder if that is why Hook got new clothes.
As for the whole True Love/Soul Mate discussion, I don’t think Eddie and Adam gave it much thought so the answer was rambling and non-sensical.

sweetgrassParticipantI would like to see Hook has hobbies/job that doesn’t involve Emma. We don’t have to see him work at. References to the job/hobby would be fine. I think it is important that Hook has more in his life than Emma. I don’t think it is ever healthy for any relationship for one party to make the other their whole world. Otherwise over time Hook will look obsessive and will suffocate Emma. I want to see Hook have more wins. He gets knocked out a lot.
I want to see Emma be supportive of Hook.

sweetgrassParticipantThat man is sex on legs!! Is it just me or does Colin seem to be especially sexy right now?? Like he appears to have gotten incredibly comfortable with his newfound fame? Not in a “look at me I’m so hot” way but like his shyness has disappeared? He seems a whole lot more confident to me. Maybe it’s the job security. All I know is that I am SERIOUSLY enjoying all these BTS pictures. Like WAY more than a married woman should be.
Colin seems especially joyful. He seems so happy to be there. It seems infectious.
On another board someone compared Hooks’ “You’re bloody brilliant” to Hood’s “You’re bold and audacious”. Their point was that Hook’s delivery was so joyful that it was easy to see that Hook was developing real feelings for Emma.

sweetgrassParticipantMy head cannon is that the Elizabeth Mitchell person is the black fairy/ Snow Queen and Malificent’s sister or mother. Like her sister, she cursed a princess in this case Elsa. She wants revenge against Elsa’s family and Regina for enslaving her sister and basically treating her sister like an animal.
Elsa was “urned” by Rumple perhaps as a favor to the Black Fairy Snow Queen. Rumple doesn’t want Belle to know that he is responsible for destroying Elsa’s happiness, so he keeps quiet about what he knows and his suspicion that Black Fairy is behind everything. Maybe the Black Fairy knows the truth about the dagger and blackmails Rumple.
Since fairy’s have a long life, I think it would be ok for Hook to have a backstory with Elsa. I would like Elsa to have know Killian as a boy or teen to give us more on Hook’s background.
I think it would be nice for Emma and Elsa to bound over powers they don’t control. I want Snow and Emma to bond over Snowflake. Snow and Emma both realizing how much they missed because they were not able to raise with their own children. They come to truly acknowledge that nothing can change what they missed, but they can forge a new type of relationship. Perhaps Emma can go to her mother/friend and get advice on having a true love relationship. This is definitely one area Snow would have more experience than Emma.
I don’t want Emma or Snow to feel like they owe Regina anything. I want them to both realize that they lost their first born to Regina — meaning had it not been for Regina that Snow would have raised Emma and Emma would have had the resources to keep her son.
I would like to see Hook bond with Henry over drawings that Bae drew while on the Jolly Roger. I could see this being a way to also explore Rumple and Hook’s relationship as Rumple would want to know more about Bae. Carlyle could play a very strong and powerful scene when Hook reveals a drawing Bae made of his home and Rumple. I can see Hook sharing not because he feels Rumple deserves to know but out of respect for Bae.
