LOVED THIS EPISODE!!! 😀
Favorite moments:
-The big confrontation between Rumpel, Emma, Neal and Henry. The acting in this scene was fantastic and the drama was just so palpable.
-Neal’s 3 minute speech to Rumpel. He just broke my heart in that scene.
-Neal and Emma’s talk in the bar.
-Snow and Charming’s family tree. 😆
-Mr. Gold and Henry bonding over a hotdog.
-Rumpel holding little Bae and crying.Least Favorite Moments:
-Nothing really. I wasn’t too fond of Greg’s snooping around in the hospital, and I thought Regina using magic to look through Belle’s purse was a bit silly. But overall, I thought it was a very strong episode.[adrotate group="5"]January 22, 2013 at 12:49 am in reply to: In the name of my brother Favorite & Least Favorite Moments #169516thedarkoneParticipantFavorite Moments:
-Rumpel Von Stiltskin! 😆
-Rumpel threatening to kill the Charmings. Of course I don’t want it to happen, but the way Robert Carlyle delivered the line just gave me a giggle fit.
-Dr. Frankenstein and Rumpelstiltskin’s deal. It was fun seeing how the two wizards met each other.
-Seeing the Charming family work together to protect the town.
-Mr. Gold’s “so glad I don’t give a damn” line.
-Ruby’s “I ate my boyfriend” line. It’s moments like this that really make me appreciate the writers. 😆Least Favorite Moments:
-*Sigh* Rumbelle. Why do the writers insist on ripping my heart out and stomping on it? Last week’s episode gave so much progress to not only Rumbelle, but Belle’s character as well. And then BAM! Gone. They take away all that awesome character and relationship development by erasing Belle’s memory. I’m excited to see how the storyline unfolds, but it was still heartbreaking to watch.
-CHIP!!! 😮
-Some of the flashback scenes between Victor and his father. They just felt really forced and unnecessary.
-Cora manipulating Regina. I just wanted Regina to get up and scratch Cora’s eyes out. 😡
-Speaking of Cora…WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT?!?!?! She kissed Rumpel! Belle’s Rumpel! MY RUMPEL!!! Ugh, I have a feeling where the writers are going with this and I HATE it. If Regina turns out to be Rumpel’s daughter, then he better not know about it. Rumpel clearly loves Baelfire and Belle, and he would never knowingly do this to his own flesh and blood. Never.thedarkoneParticipantMy favorite moments? Everything with Belle.
My least favorite moments? Everything without Belle. 😆
thedarkoneParticipantMy initial reaction?
OH…MY…GOD!!!!!! 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮
This episode blew me away. I was not expected that ending. That totally threw me for a loop. Belle was amazing and a total show-stopper in this episode. It was refreshing to see her take charge and be brave in both worlds. I also loved that she talked Gold out of killing Hook. I really thought that he was going to kill him! 😯 And Belle. My poor Belle. Why did Hook have to have such good aim? Why couldn’t he miss that shot? Now my ship is on hold and Rumpel is bound to go on a revenge trip. *Sigh* But I can’t wait to see who the newbie in town is! I hope he’s from the Enchanted Forest.
EPIC episode. Tons of great moments for Belle and a lot of tense scenes between Hook and Rumpel. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
thedarkoneParticipantI voted for “The Crocodile.”

My answer is going to be incrdibly biased, but I really loved “The Crocodile.” I have a soft spot for all of Rumpel’s character centric episodes, and this was no different. 😉
And this is the reason why. 😀
thedarkoneParticipantOh God, I hope not! That would be terrible. 😮 But I’m almost certain that Rumpel does not have Baelfire’s heart. That one act would have changed the course of events by a country mile and none of Rumpel’s plans or actions suggest that he may have had Bae’s heart.
1. If Rumpel did have Bae’s heart, he could have controlled his thoughts and actions, thus preventing Bae from escaping to our world.
2. Even if Bae did manage to escape, Rumpel would have been able to cast the curse himself. He had the heart of the one he loved most, so he wouldn’t have needed Regina to cast the curse for him.
thedarkoneParticipantI’d love to for us to get an update on some of the characters that went MIA this season. So August, Jefferson and Maleficent are the characters that I’m very curious to learn more about. I know Maleficent is dead, but I’d love to see her in flashbacks with Aurora. And hopefully, we’ll get more info on August’s whereabouts once Baelfire/Neal comes into play.
I’m also excited to see our villains finally go head-to-head. I’m dying to see Rumpel, Regina and Cora take off their gloves and just go nuts with the magic. Rumpel and Regina are afraid of Cora for a reason, so I’d like a demonstration explaining why.
Other little thing I’d love to see:
-More kisses and hamburger dates between Mr. Gold and Belle.
-More flashbacks with Jefferson and Dr. Frankenstein.
-More screentime for Ruby and Belle.
-The good guys teaming up with Rumpel and Regina to finally take down Cora.
-More info on other worlds and dimensions. The show has been hinting at Oz and Neverland for the past year now, so I’d like a little payoff for all those teases.December 9, 2012 at 4:20 am in reply to: I think I know who Peter Pan is. Despite what others may think, I actually think Belle is a very strong young woman. She sacrificed herself to save her village and family from the Ogre Wars. She was brave enough to stand up to Rumpel when he pulled away from her out of fear. And after spending 28 years locked in a tiny room, she was able to control her feelings of hatred for Regina, as well as Rumpel’s. I admire her and think she’s a very strong female character. But due to the lack of screentime she’s received this season, it’s difficult to see that.
I agree. Considering the limited amount of screentime Belle has received, she’s shown a lt of strength and compassion. That’s what I like about her most.
