I don’t know if this has been shared here before, but it’s a nice theory, which I kind of hope is true.

So they are doing Mulan? Nice. Then Rumple should definitely be Mushu-like and Jiminy should be Cri-Kee. “You are one lucky bug!”

Rumple: “And you have all the animation of a cardboard box. You’re boring, old boy. People went to great lengths to seek me out, but they hide when they see you coming. You think that’s because they fear you but the fact is, you put them to sleep.”

Gold: “It was your emotionality that drove Belle away. If you had approached the situation reasonably, you could have kept her and your power.”

Rumple: “You’re not so wise as you think, old man, if you believe you can have her and magic too. You will have to choose.”

    Gold: “After I find Bae.”

Rumple: “After we find Bae. It will take both of us.”

    Gold: “Both of us.”

Did he/they just sound like Gollum? 😆

I am starting to imagine Kevin McKidd as adult Baelfire. I don’t know why, but I am. He may not look like young Bae, but young Pincchio doesn’t really look like adult Pinocchio either. Kevin kind of looks like he could be related to Robert, so I suppose it could work?

I also don’t think it’s likely that they are siblings, if I have to be honest. It would be a little… odd if they actually were. I still like the idea, and I wouldn’t mind it if they actually were siblings.

    He does call her Regina.

I could be wrong, but isn’t Jefferson also the only one who calls her Regina and not Your Majesty in FTL? It would suggest that he’s more than just someone who works for her.

But if Jefferson is the first born Cora gave up, he’d have to be Henry Senior’s son too if you follow the original story, right? And I don’t really see that being the case when I look at the scene in Wonderland. Unless Jefferson and Regina don’t know that they are brother and sister, then it could work. We don’t know the Once-edition of that story, and maybe it’ll be nothing like the original. Maybe Cora already had Jefferson from a previous relationship and had to give him up to Rumple in order to get out of poverty or something.

I think it is true love. At that point in time I think Regina wasn’t really the kind of person to pretend she felt more than she actually did.
I think she’s too much under the thumb of her mother to actually accuse her. She may have said “Mother, why have you done this?!” but she cannot blame her mother openly because her mother is too powerful and too much in controle of her.
