REALM – A kingdom or a particular batch of kingdoms in the same general region.
LAND – A dimension/world within the multiverse.
So Fairytale Land is a LAND, while Agrabah and the Enchanted Forest/Mist Haven, are realms within it that contain separate kingdoms within them. Also, Oz would be a land, and the Emerald City is a kingdom within it.
So our world, the Land Without Magic is a land (obviously) and the different continents are realms (mmkay) and the countries within them are “kingdoms”. Okay…I think I got it. Maybe. I don’t know where my train of thought even is anymore.

How did Aladdin get to SB if Agrabah is an entirely separate realm? Shouldn’t he have been frozen in time like everyone else who wasn’t in the EF?

Are they just going to ignore the fact that Aladdin snapped Amara in half? Like… if Gaston is turned into a rose and cutting his stem kills him, shoukdnt Amara have been dead? And its not like the two snake staffs look the same so was this before wonderland and before Jafar turned Amara into his staff?
It really bothered me.

I’ve had Ariel and Ursula, I’ve had Jafar, and now we are getting Aladdin and Jasmine. All of my favorites except for Princess and Frog characters! Gimme!
As far as ethnic tales, gosh, how i’d love for Anansi to be incorporated into the show. However, knowing this show, Anansi and Rumpel would probably be the same character. Considering that he is the god of storytelling and a magical trickster, it would be cool if he were somehow apart of the mythos of OUAT. They should have made him the author or a previous author.
