All the smoke is very strange. It might be a drean sequence. Or…maybe its the fear root plant. Emma eats it and has to fight her fears lije Charming and Rapunzel did. Both had to fight a cloaked figure

I also dont think this hooded figure is EQ because 1) why would she hide disguisef? They already met her. And 2) She is fighting with a sword not magic. I don’t think EQ would do that.

I wonder if they will reveal this immediately to the main characters. I still think EQ is going to impersonate Regina, and she can do that best if they aren’t aware that she has returned. I don’t think I want them to know quite immediately that the EQ is back.

With that in mind, I just don’t think you can leave out the genie if you bring in Aladdin. I would expect they would at least try and get someone to do the genie justice, and since they just did it with Hades (granted these are two very different characters), I think they have no reason to think they won’t have similar success with casting the genie.
Good point, and there technically has already been a live action version of the genie in Aladdin on broadway, and he was done phenomenally well. Both amazing and different from the robin Williams genie, but still fantastic. I guess it just takes the right casting and right writing.

But now, I wouldn’t want it to happen. Regina lost Daniel, she lost Robin, but she has her family, her sister, and her kids. Plenty of love in her life, no one needs to put a ring on it. At this stage it would just seem weird to smack her together with Hook, and just out of place to introduce an all new character for her. Even if Hyde and Regina are together, I just don’t really feel its needed or necessary for her to be with anyone at all.
Although, the Evil Queen persona and Hyde working together I will ship until they are both defeated. But I don’t want the real regina to be with him.
