Why does all seeing, all powerful Merlin need help from anyone to break an unfamilar spell? Surely he can figure it out on his own *grump*
Yeah, that bothered me too. I guess, had Belle not shown him some randomly convenient book page, that given a few more seconds of deliberation, he’d have tried something on his own and it’d have worked.

I THINK the Dark One is wearing the same clothing Emma is wearing here:

And I THINK the same clothing Emma is wearing there is also being worn by the female Dark One we see riding in the cart with Ginny.

perhaps…but isn’t Merlin centuries old…and he’s been a tree….for centuries? We don’t know how old Lance is but..hmmm…maybe dark ones have long gestation periods?

Rain in the initial reactions feedback for Dreamcatcher mentions the meaning behind Arthur’s name is Bear – (a bit of Googling found: the name Arthur (Artorius) could be derived from the Celtic elements “artos” = bear combined with “viros” = man and “orrigos” = king). Which would make King Arthur the bear man king, and if you link it to Brave it could possibly make him Mor’du and Camelot the broken kingdom would be the kingdom that fell to ruins because Mor’du’s selfishness/greediness
