We know the darkness before being tethered to the dagger wanted to consume the light and all the realms and was stopped by Merlin. WHY on earth would ANYONE, good or evil, want that? Won’t everyone essentially die? Or is it more of a metaphysical thing, perhaps killing all those who serve the forces of goodness?
Reuniting the dagger and the sword, I presume, gives one full control over both the darkness and light. I think. Having a king who could bend the forces of evil to his will with the power of good could be a really strong king. A king who can bend the forces of good to his will using the power of evil would also be a really bad king.

I had a feeling we’d see past dark ones other than just the first Dark One but I wonder if this one is of any particular significance. Black Fairy? Persophone? Random female Dark One? Morgana? Yes, I know they said she wouldn’t be here but let me dream!

I literally just got back from seeing Goosebumps with my sister. I actually loved it and it was pretty funny, but I can see how some kiddies might find it a bit frightening despite all of its humor. The tv show versions were most definitely horrifying back in the day.

Hades had a thing for Maleficent in an episode of House of Mouse!!!!! But the only thing though is that Hades isn’t really know for turning into a dragon. In the movie Hercules, there is the hydra that Hades sets to attack Hercules, but still.

WAIT FOR IT….. the dragon Maleficent mated with…. was a hydra! Who had multiple heads and due to dragon biology whichever head was in charge of the act is the father… but, ya know. She wouldn’t know who it was. What about that? If we are going to visit Greek mythos it’d seem appropriate.

Imagine if they write it into the story. They wouldn’t even need to explain it:
Lily: “Mom, I’m pregnant.”
Mal: “Who’s the papa?”
Lily: “I don’t know. It’s a dragon thing.”
Mal: “That’s my girl!”
But yeah I doubt they’ll write it in. I don’t think Lily is going to be around that long when she reappers for the audience to even notice.

I know this maybe difficult, but I think it’d be pretty fun to do on OUAT’s Anniversary….what is one thing you’re grateful for on OUAT? For me….seeing Regina maintain her walk on the good side, while also using her evil side for the greater good….thus being one of the best anti-heroes. What’s yours?You should make a thread. Hmmm. I think I am grateful for OUAT sort of opening my eyes to looking at characters in different ways. Especially when it comes to villains. To take such well known characters and expand them, change them, sometimes combine them and give them a different story than what we knew before. I really like that. It’s different. Most enjoyable aspect of OUAT for me at least.
