Also its still an odd thought that she is Rumps mother. I would be more willing to accept sister, but that’s just adding more family to the mix. Also, she’s young so she must be magical. Also, now that we know Camelot is going to be one big realm of time mish-mash that really complicates things, like why is Merida, who looks relatively young, in a scene with Present Day Emma and Flashback Rumpel?

Strange. I cannot even lol I am more concerned over the fact that if this is true, then Merida and Malcolm decided to name their son Rumpelstiltskin xD!!!! Like really, I would understand if one of them had a really odd sounding name from like a foreign land or something but Merida and Malcolm are pretty normal.
I guess its true what some theorized back during season 3 days: Malcolm gave Rump his name out of spite.

I was thinking the same. My initial thought was that The Sorcerer was most likely immortal since he has been around since the first dark one which is at least 300 years, plus blue fairy knows him and she is also older than rump, but A&E said that while the sorcerer is not Yen Sid, it belonged to him or could have because the hat can be passed down, which means to me there had been more than one sorcerer which means they die.

I just think if she really is traveling back in time to the point where Rumpel was a peasant and possibly when Bae was already born, its POSSIBLE we may get a mention or even a brief glimpse of him. Just something like Dark Emma walks up to Rumpels hut (? he lived in a hut right?) and as she walks off we see a young boy walking away as Rumpel says something like “Be careful fetching that pail of water, Bae” and that’s all. The plot contiues to move forward without stopping for one moment. We’ve gotten very few, very miniscule, very insignificant Neal mentions before. I don’t see why its so impossible to think we’d get another insignificant one. It’s improbable. But not impossible.
