Yes, she says as well, the power doesn’t belong there, and one can read that differently, but it doesn’t have to mean, the power doesn’t originate in the EF, just that it shouldn’t be there.

I think if she meant the power shouldn’t be here, it’d be quite easy to say so. Saying something doesn’t belong there, atleast to my interpretation, implies it comes from somewhere else and belongs somewhere else. The way I see it… The Dark One power is different in each land.. The way we see it in Rumpel is specific to him since he was infected in the Enchanted Forest. If someone became the Dark One in, say, Neverland, I think the power and appearence would take on a different form. So what Blue is saying I think is that the power cones from somewhere else, doesn’t belong in the EF, and what we see effecting Rumpelstiltskin is specific to this land and this land alone. I’ve always thought Rumpel and Zoso looked different as Dark Ones so I guess it could work..

The fact that Blue had this on her person (considering that she should have had NO magical items after the curse, let alone one that was hidden in her convent) was espeicially suspicious. One could make the argument that she got the supplies to make the memory potion in S2 from Golds shop, which would make sense, but how could have had the wand hidden if she had no memories or knowledge of magic? I had. big problem with this >_>
