I think a spin off (if they ever do another one) will only work if they use popular characters from Once that we are already familiar with. They don’t have to be part of the main cast. But following characters like Nova, Whale, Ruby, on whatever adventures they were once on or what they were doing while the main cast was going something else could be interesting. Idk

If they succeed in changing the laws of magic, then time paradoxes are allowed, and the Amara who is fighting Jafar could be from the future. Kind of a Bill & Ted “where should we put the keys?” situation.

Mind.Blown!!!! But if so, then she wouldn’t be surprised to see Cyrus dead, in fact, she’d have known it was going to happen. Perhaps it was all an act?

If Amara had the power all along, and she only waited until all three of her sons were together in one place that still doesn’t explain how she was going to make Jafar do the spell with her.

Well she seemed pretty sure she was stronger than him. Heck. She almost killed him if he hadn’t killed Cyrus, I think she would have won. I think perhaps, she just let Jafar gather her sons, and would have let him cast the spell at which point she would have returned to normal, and then disposed of Jafar.

I was a bit confused about this as well but thought that maybe id missed something? Didn’t they say if they took her to the well of wonders that she’d be freed and the brothers wouldn’t be genies anymore… Or something? Why didn’t they just do that? Wouldn’t that have prevented Jafar from completing the spell since he would have no genies? Perhaps Jabberwocky had the power to undo her transformation? Idk >> somebody unconfuse me

I actually think the monkey IS Neal, and that’s why he’s been missing from SB. I suspect he gets transformed back by either Regina, Rumple or even Emma once they question if the monkey might be him. The monkey didn’t seem like he was trying to attack them, but merely communicate with them. Of course they don’t know monkey speak, so there’s a misunderstanding.

MAYBE EMMA HAS TO KISS HIM TO BREAK THE SPELL 😀

bring back Cora, our beloved, malevolent, heart-clutching (literally) woman, from the land of the dead.

I have two problems with this: 1.) Zelena clearly wasnt aware Cora was dead, nor did she seem to have any interest in the matter. She basically goes, “Oh really, she’s dead? hmm, well i only needed u anyway, Regina” when regina told her. Why would she WANT to revive Cora? Again, Zelena is going after Regina. 2.) This is already being done on WL. And we know for a fact that Jafar will succeed in changing the laws soon, so i dont want this to be the case on Once. Idk. It would seem like a rehash to me.

So while skimming through the Brothers Grimm Complete fairytales book, I came across a story called The Water Nix. Its about a nix, or nixie, that lives in a well and kidnaps two children. Here it is, I thought it was rather intersting given that we have seen a woman named nyx appear from a well in the show.

A little brother and little sister were playing by a well, and while they were playing there they both fell in. A water nixie was down there. She said, “Now I have you. Now you will have to work diligently for me,” and she led them away with her.

She gave the girl tangled dirty flax to spin, and she had to fill a bottomless barrel with water. The boy had to chop down a tree with a dull ax, and all they got to eat were dumplings as hard as rocks.

Finally the children became so impatient, that they waited until one Sunday when the nixie was at church, and then ran away. When church was over, the nixie saw that the birds had flown away, and she followed them with long strides.

The children saw her from afar, and the girl threw a brush behind her, which turned into a large brush-mountain with thousands and thousands of spikes, which the nixie had to climb over with great difficulty, but she finally got to the other side.

When the children saw this the boy threw a comb behind him, which turned into a large comb-mountain with a thousand times a thousand teeth, but the nixie was able to keep hold of them, and finally got to the other side.

Then the girl threw a mirror behind her, which turned into a glass mountain, which was so slippery, so slippery that it was impossible for the nixie to climb over it.

Then she thought, “I will quickly go home and get my ax and chop the glass mountain in two.”

However, by the time she returned and had chopped up the glass mountain, the children were far away and had escaped, so the water nixie had to trudge back to her well.
