I don’t think that’s Colin. The body build is all wrong.
If that is him, I’m trying to figure out why his head is on Josh’s shoulder. Is he asleep?

You don’t think that Hook is back now do you?
I think you are right it could be the Cricket, but where are the drawfs wouldn’t they be here too? ❓
I think Red is in this episode but I could wrong.
Oh, I think Colin O’Donoghue’s on an airplane with his friends, The Enemies, en route to Ireland.
Do the math.

RumplesGirl, you always cheer me up!! I agree – we have to have Hook in Neverland. I don’t think they would bother giving us a back story for Hook if they were going to dispose of him. He is a well-loved and integral part of the show. The person I’m really concerned about is MRJ just because I really like his character, especially as he relates more and more to Henry. I keep going back to Bobby’s Paleyfest quote about Episode 22 being a game changer. I was there and it sounded more positive than negative, so I am going with positive. 😀 Maybe something happens to Neal but it may not be death. Something to remember – they are not necessarily shooting the scenes in order of appearance, and sometimes the order of scenes changes in editing – so they may have already filmed the end and are now filling in the middle. I am holding out hope for no major death in Episode 22. There may be a fear of someone dying (perhaps indicated by Henry and Emma’s hug) or separation (which would also be sad for Henry). This is a show about hope. So I’m hopeful.
They would if we are getting memories of Hook from somebody else’s perspective. I hope I’m wrong too. I love Captain Hook on this show. If he’s goine, I’m outta here, but all of my spidey senses are telling me he ain’t in Vancouver!

Colin may be done for the season but :
1) We’re getting a season three. It’s just not confirmed by ABC yet, but they would be fools not to with 9-11 million views a week and decent ratings share and a slightly insane fanbase.
2) I am like 98% sure that when S3 is announced, it will also be announced that Colin is sticking around and *fingers crossed* MRJ is too. We’re going to be in NL. Gotta have Hook.I hope you are right, but I still say Colin’s on his way back to Ireland right now.

I’m not so sure. Colin O’Donoghue belongs to a group called “The Enemies”. They wrapped up a tour as of last night, and are on their way back to Ireland today. I have a sneaky suspicion Colin met up with them, and is on his way home. Don’t ask me why I think so…..it’s my intuition. It’s the quiet around what’s going on today, coupled with all of the photo-ops and stuff with Colin O’Donoghue last week. I think the “last day of filming” for MRJ was just something to throw us off scent. I hope we see present – day Hook in season 3 (if there is one), but I’m thinking we’ll be seeing a lot of flash-backs if I’m right, and #22 is Hook’s swan song!
Oh, and The Enemies are normally chatter boxes with their twitter accounts. The main page is pretty active. The band members are quiet as mice today. They tweeted much of their way to the US, and in the US. They tweeted a picture of themselves on the plane, on their way here. No pictures of themselves on the plane, on their way home. I think I know why. I think it’s because 4 came to the US, and 5 are going home. Hint, hint!

THIS WASN’T ME!But it made me laugh sooooo hard. It really shows the ehm… fangirl crazyness?(gotta put it mildly, right?) of some of the Hook fans out there.
Poor Colin, what must he think of us now? The one time he reaches out, and all his worst fears are confirmed. Part of me wants to tweet ‘Don’t worry, we are not all crazy, some of us can actually utter whole sentences in your presence…well probably”, but the other part thinks that might be misconstued and it’s best to leave the poor boy alone.
Don’t bow down to human beings. They’ll disappoint you every time. These actors are human beings just like everybody else, and are subject to the same moral codes as anybody else. Our society treats these people like they have to be tiptoed around, like they’re gods, or like they have their own special privalges preset due to some higher place in society. None of this is true. Like anybody else, they, myself, nobody is above reproach. To behave in any other way would be disingenuine. Colin O’Donoghue needs to be a bit more shall we say…..unselfish. I like Colin, don’t get me wrong, but….When Lana, the EvilRegal died last week. Don’t you think he could have retweeted condolences? There’s nothing that shows up on his page that isn’t somehow directly, or indirectly related to himself. It really shows a lot about who a person is, in how they relate with other people. He needs to answer his fans. Not all the time, but maybe every once in a while. Maybe something in his profile stating he can’t answer everybody. Maybe all he needs is structure. Anybody needs that, or these things can have a way of taking over our lives. Maybe his profile needs to state he can’t tweet everybody, but will answer 10 fans say, every other Friday from 4:00-4:45 CST. That would provide method to eliminate madness.

Jolly, I understand you feel this thread should only be for “pro-cs” statements, rather like stating a favorite scene or line. People don’t debate who likes what on those threads, each person just tosses up what resonated for them.
The thing is, this thread also has posters discussing, predicting and analyzing the relationship between Emma and Hook. So what happens when people agree partially or have different views than you do that CS are a OTP cannon “endgame” magically true love couple? Do we need a thread for each variation of a relationship between CS? I do agree people should refrain from long arguments about why Emma belongs with someone else, because there are other threads for that. But where can you discuss the shades in between your view and something more like a “hey I just met you, call me maybe?” situation?

As for the ‘fun in vegas’ thing- That was ages ago! That was when the cast, writers, directors were trying to not give any hints that CS was going to happen. I wouldn’t take that too seriously. You’re looking at one little quote from an interview and ignoring the hundreds of other evidence that shows us CS is happening and, as they say, ‘canon’. What you should look at is, the chemistry, Paleyfest (that was huge for CS), as well as more recent interviews.
That interview was dated the first week of January this year. Two and a half months is “ages ago”? There have been more recent interviews though that continue the mixed messages. I wish I could have links handy for all of them, but I’m not that organized so maybe someone else can point you to some of them.
Look at Adam’s use of the words “lots of” to avoid confirming CaptainSwan in response to fa6oum who asked about it. “Lots of Emma and lots of Hook”. You posted that twitter conversation on March 27 in this thread. Why didn’t he just say “Lots of Emma and Hook.” in response? I think it would flow more naturally, except it would lend more support of them as a couple so maybe he wanted to avoid that. Then, they had a similar cryptic response about Emma and Neal in the TvGuide Lightning Round Interview of March 13. They don’t say there is hope, but that on this show, one should never give up hope. They were also asked on the podcast of the last episode about a Neal and Emma romance in the future . I can’t find a transcript or listen to it again right now, but again, they answer was not a “no” or a “yes” but something in between that would let listeners think what they want.
It’s easy to misread things when we really want a certain result to be true.
Let’s take your response to an earlier post by SnowywhiteRoseRed as an example. You say Snowy has a contradiction in the post. I’ll edit down to the relevant parts of what you both said.

[SNIp] But the show has made it pretty clear that you only get one soul mate, and Hook’s is dead. Plus, Hook plays dirty with all the women. He didn’t really love her, he was just being a player. And the fact that Hook is step-dad to the father of her son (seriously, the relationships in this are insane) makes this all just wrong. [SNIP]
[SNIP]
And you’ve contradicted yourself, you said that Milah was his true love and then you’ve said that he never really loved her..Read the part I colored blue in Snowy’s post. What makes the most sense is that Snowy is referring to Hook never really having loved Emma, not never having loved Milah. Otherwise, Snowy would have been saying that Hook is Rumplestilskin’s step-dad. I wouldn’t put it past the show to toss that twist our way, but for now, I cannot give you a scene or quote to back up my view that Hook is NOT Rumpel’s stepdad. Some things you just have to infer from what we ARE shown.
Now the point that Hook is a series regular is interesting. People can drop from regular to recurring (didn’t that happen to Hopper?). They can also go from recurring to regular—and I thought MJR’s contract had an option for the show to pick him up as a regular. Only thing I can say for sure is that Neal has more people to mourn for him, than does Hook. And at this point in the story, we have not been shown much reason for Emma to mourn Hook. Things can always change.
You sound like you really know what you’re talking about. Do you have anything to do with the production of the show?

And now I’m completely terrified.
Heh, I was more terrified when I first saw MRJ’s twitter and the Henry crying scene. A temporary death I can deal with; I’d cry and I’d hate it, but I can deal with. An irreversible one, however, I can’t; Neal just got back into Henry’s life and his dynamic with everyone in the cast is fantastic, and Rumple is a powerful and relevant player in the show’s dynamics, losing either for good would be a great mistake.
Well, here’s another possibility:
What if MRJ’s tweet was to throw us off? What if this scene is his last for the season, but not his last for the show. On top of that, what if all the Hook stuff we get next season will only be flashbacks that play into story telling purposes for Neal?
I know somebody’s going to want to be mad at me for saying so, but I’m going to suggest it again: What if it’s Hook who dies?

😯 WOW! So, Rumple, Regina, and Hook are all aboard the Jolly Roger, too! Seems like they’ve reached a détente. One big happy family. Plus, Robert is rocking those awesome shades. 😎
ETA: Just found a pic of the lovely Colin O’Donoghue. 😀
Thinking also March 8th — pre-finale.
