ParticipantOr at least let it be Snow’s family that arranged Elsa to be “taken care of”.
I recall Eva asking one of her peoples to not let someone sit next to someone else at Snow’s thing…. Maybe she Elsa or Elsa’s mother (possibly Elizabeth) is the one she was referring to
Season 2, Episode 15 “The Queen is Dead” (Aired: March 3, 2013)
“Let’s be certain she’s seated as far away from the duke as possible, for the duchess’ sake.”
Could that maybe be the Duke of Weselton?

ParticipantWell I signed it. My Once collection will seem incomplete without Wonderland on DVD. I hope A&E work their magic and make it happen.

ParticipantOk…didn’t the Once Fandom take a vote on whose face to be on the Season 3 cover??? And Regina won….so….I don’t know why there are some complaints.
Probably because Rumple would have been a better choice for the cover, but overall, having just one character’s face on the cover doesn’t really work, especially of a Season 1 stock image.
I still think my idea of having Neverland/Oz on the slipcover and the actual DVD cover would have been a better choice.
I’d love to know where that poll was being hosted and when. I never heard about it until now.

Participantthis is from Angie. <iframe id=”twitter-widget-4″ class=”twitter-tweet twitter-tweet-rendered” style=”display: block; max-width: 99%; min-width: 220px; padding: 0px; border-top-left-radius: 5px; border-top-right-radius: 5px; border-bottom-right-radius: 5px; border-bottom-left-radius: 5px; margin: 10px 0px; border-color: #eeeeee #dddddd #bbbbbb; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; box-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.14902) 0px 1px 3px; position: static; visibility: visible; width: 500px;” title=”Embedded Tweet” height=”730″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe><script src=”//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js” async=”” charset=”utf-8″></script>but really, I think what’s on the DVDs/blurays should matter more than the design.
I know, but it just bugs me how so much thought went into the last two DVDs and this one seemed really rushed. Season three is my favorite season, so it was a given I would buy this, I just think a little more thought could have gone into the design.

ParticipantI’m a big DVD collector, so that’s why the design irked me so much.

ParticipantBefore I start my rant, a tip to all Canadians wanting to buy this. Don’t go to Walmart! It’s $49.99 there! I was able to get it at Future Shop, which is 5 minutes from my closest Walmart, for $39.99! Alrighty, moving on…
Everything about this DVD design is wrong! First of all, the cover art. As much as I love Regina, she shouldn’t have the cover all to herself, not to mention it was an old stock photo from Season 1, if I remember correctly. She really only played a big role in the second half of Season 3. If anyone should have gotten the cover to themselves, it should have been Rumple. He had major connections to both villains that season and was by far one of the most developed characters during the entirety of Season 3.
But what I think would have been even better would have been to feature the two villains, Peter Pan and Zelena, on the front with two different backgrounds for the slipcover and actual DVD cover. What I could have seen is to have Neverland as the background of the slipcover and Oz as the background for the actual DVD cover. They’ve been doing that would for the last two seasons, so why was this season’s design so lazy?
Another problem with the design is the spine. It’s red. The last two season’s spines have been a dark purple. Why are they suddenly changing it now? And if anything, shouldn’t the new color have been green and not red? Maybe it’s just me, but green was much more prominent this season than red.
Lastly, the designs on the actual discs. It’s aggravating how awful the placement of each character was on the disc, with the exception of one. Here’s the order:
Disc 1 (Episodes 1-5): Regina (WHY? Why use her now instead of on a disc in the second half, where she is actually more featured?)
Disc 2 (Episodes 6-10) Snow White + Prince Charming (I can see why they were put here, but I think they also should have been placed on a disc in the second half)
Disc 3 (Episodes 11-14) Rumple (It would have been better to have placed him on a disc in the first half instead of this disc, which features the last episode of the first half, and I know he does something crucial in that episode, and the first three episodes of the second half)
Disc 4 (Episodes 15-18) Captain Hook (This is the one disc I was alright with)
Disc 5 (Episodes 19-22) Emma (First of all, it’s weird that Emma’s last. And no Henry? They could have easily put Henry beside Emma, but they didn’t)
Here’s how I would have done it:
Disc 1: Emma (and Henry)
Disc 2: Rumple
Disc 3: Regina
Disc 4: Captain Hook
Disc 5: Snow White and Prince Charming
One little nitpick I’ll throw in is that all three screenshots on the back are from the first half. the background design is also seems to take place in Neverland. There is no love whatsoever for Zelena, except in the synopsis.
Overall, extremely disappointed with the DVD’s design. And you know what sucks about this? Season 3 is my favorite season so far and now it also has my least favorite DVD design so far. It was extremely lazy and random, a real shame.

ParticipantThe cover art is very lazy in my opinion art.
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this as promotional art for Season1 or 2. And as much as I like Regina, why does she have to take up the entire cover? Sure plays a big role in Season 3, but I don’t think that nearly warrants her to be the only character on the cover art. Why could it have featured this season’s baddies, Peter Pan and Zelena, or some of the other main cast. The previous two seasons featured small frames of the main characters on the top, which is now missing from this season. Still buying it but not impressed by the cover.

ParticipantThis death took me by complete surprise.
I seriously shipped SwanFire, so seeing this death left me speechless. Neal had so much more potential, especially with how the second half of this season has been set up. We could have at least had some interaction between him and Henry.
In my opinion, this was a really bad choice by the writers, and while I’ll still watch this show, this episode will definitely be my least favorite.

ParticipantI would actually like to see Jefferson featured as the final villain of OUAT, the entire season dedicated to him. Flashbacks could include what Sebastian Stan was doing all this time, and what he was going through while our heroes while battling Pan and Wicked, and even what happened to his now deceased wife.
His ultimate motive would obviously be to be reunited with his daughter, Grace, doing whatever it takes to accomplish that, driven by his now out-of-control insanity. And just to add a branch to the family tree, Grace and Henry could get together.
I don’t know about you, but I would love for this to happen!
Jabberwocky
ParticipantThe t word is the big thing here with everything concerning WWW. Jefferson could return closer to the finale and could be our cliff hanger so to speak. I love Sebastian Stan and Jefferson was one of my favorite characters. And since I did not get Camelot it is only fitting I should at least get some Stan time.
What’s the t word? Tornado?
