So, if she’s…but how? When? Why? Whaat? Oh well…Maybe it has to do with Emma screwing up time. I won’t flip tables until I see how this plays out. Thank you for the cookie, RG. I’ll keep it close for comfort on the rocky road ahead.
The most common theory is that when she “died”, her essence lived on in her pendant. We saw Zelena’s magic open the time vortex, so it’s likely Zelena’s essence traveled back in time, and she somehow reformed her body.
In a way…the pendant was Zelena’s “horcrux”.

Now…I’m just going to make a wild guess on this one….
Why do I get the feeling that Zelena will misinterpret Robin’s actions, and fall for him? But he doesn’t feel the same way about her because he’s married to Marian, and we all know that Zelena HATES not being chosen, so this would explain why she poses as Marian after Marian’s death so she can have Robin to herself.
And to make matters even worse….what if Zelena knew that Robin Hood was Regina’s soul mate…if she’s been watching Regina her whole life, surely she would’ve seen the Tavern Scene. So she figured this was another way to steal Regina’s happiness…and to make then even more worse, what if Rumple knew all of this and that’s why he tried sending Robin to Oz, because he knew these events would play out…in a way of making sure that Regina never falls in love with her soul mate thus loosing his “monster”…I can see Zelena making sure that Robin and Regina never cross paths in the past.
Now here comes the retcon…why in the heck did we not see Zelena even give Robin a look in Season 3, as a matter of fact she called him and Charming “pests”. Now I know this wasn’t planned ahead of time, as Adam and Eddy said themselves that they changed their mind about her death a week after writing it, but still this would be another retcon.

I’d like to point out a couple of things that would’ve made snowing realize that it was a baby instead of a dragon were they not blinded by stupid mode of parenting. 1) mal said on many occasions that she was going to have a baby, not a dragon 2) eight of their friends/ confidants were hatched from eggs (rip stealthy) 3) mal has the ability to be human or dragon. And she stays human a good majority of the time. So 50/50 chance it’d be a baby on that point alone.

I thought it was peculiar that Zelena is also in this episode. But she’s listed as Zelena Mills. In every other episode she’s been listed as either Zelena or Wicked Witch, but never as Zelena Mills.
If she’s in present day this might just be a new thing since we now know that she’s Regina’s sister through Cora—another Miller’s Daughter Daughter But not surprised that Henry Sr is coming back.

Snowing, and especially Snow, are full of hypocrisy. Snow only cares about herself and what she wants.

You couldn’t really call them “bio parents” if that were the case. True Love magic is far from biological.
The potion in that egg was made from combining a hair from each of them, it’s all but a bottle of Snowing DNA, so if it played a role in Lily’s conception, I’m gonna consider them related.
That makes Charming and Snow are Lily’s somewhat father…until we learn anything else, that’s just too funny to give up now.
