I think the “I. N.” could be an abbreviation for “in nomine”, “in natura”, “in nuce” or something like that. But the rest? I have no idea.

Anyway, after reading many obscure articles I gather that along with the image of the man with cocks head and serpentine legs, often inscriptions in greek would follow like IAW meaning IAO so I came across an image that look like same symbol on the book attached. So my guess is that its some ancient greek letters that represent gods, magic priniciples I A AY ACAZ CAKAWθ no idea what the letters would stand for just thinking based on this picture
