Another thing I just thought about is how things such as magic beans would be totally outlawed…. for certain places would have some kind of anti magic protection. Imagine if a magic portal bean got into a prison, they could just throw it and open a portal and all the prisoners could escape to another realm. and we worry about people jumping across the border…..lol

Digimon, Inuyasha, The Lost World…theres so many stories with normal people traveling worlds. Tvtropes.org is your friend. Search on there “magical lands” or “parallel universe”. we could honestly make this list of books and movies and shows dealing with this topic…go on forever.
cool idea! I really hope the land without color is worked into this plotline next season. The steampunk remunds me of Warehouse 13. Lol. Magic: snag it, bag it, and tag it.

AWESOME theory with Dorthy. That really had my gears turning. I wish I could figure out how the timeline possibly works though…If the Grimm brothers or who have you were part of this group…how again, do they know the fairy tale stories that do not even take place for a good hundred years? That is the big question that we need more info on to figure out some theories.
