Remember when Emma was fighting him and he showed her the scar where he got his head cut off? And the scene with him in the sea of hats was also in the book which means it had to have happened before the curse..therefore the sea of hats thing was indeed a flashback to what the QoH decided for his punishment…plus I think the writers were setting it up so that when he does get the hat to work which will probably be in SB and may have already happened the QoH will use the hat to come to SB which is sort of FTL now…perhaps to defeat Regina..maybe another big bad in town..

ward could represent her cavern under the sea where she keeps all those lost souls that she turned into those live seaweed things…which could be who the mental patients are…I know it’s crazy but that is what popped into my head when I saw it. Plus Ursula is definetely one of the better Disney villains and one I definetely want to see…Hmm that is definetely plausible and they did mention they wanted to do Aladdin at some point I think…Iiked the idea of Sidney as Jafar because given he is evil it would explain how he could possibly love someone as evil as Regina plus I think Regina kind of looks like Jasmine and Jafar did want to marry Jasmine….and i think I saw a possible flying carpet in gold’s shop and I know I have seen gold polishing that lamp more than once during the course of the season..Have to admit i think aladdin would be fun to see and wasn’t jafar’s role to the sultan as royal adviser which is basically what he is to regina at least in FTL as the magic mirror….Now who could be Aladdin? Fun!!!
I really hope not because Sleeping Beauty is either my first or second favorite Disney movie..Beauty and the Beast is the rival..I tend to be more like Belle but I love Prince Phillip in Sleeping Beauty because he fights a dragon for her and suggested he was willing to give up his kingdom for her…and she was willing to do the same for him..She did not want to be a princess when she found out she couldn’t be with him…which is why I wonder she might be the “Anastasia” mentioned by Jane Epenson or I suppose it could be Ariel since she is willing to give up being a princess too for Eric but technically he is a prince and she is aware of it so I don’t know if that counts..
I had kind of wanted that too..but they would have had to have someone replace jiminy to pick pockets for them and they probably would have gotten some orphan to do it for them who could very well wind up being Stromboli…that would be fun!
Honestly, I think they might start off with delving deeper into Pinocchio..I personally think Dr. Whale is Monstro and I think an awesome way to open up Season 2 would be a flashback to August right when the curse is broken waking up but as a live puppet as he was before…or maybe after magic rolls through which would probably make more sense and there has to be a reason why they waited til the end of the season to reveal who Pinocchio was and what role he played in Emma’s life..So I think that is how it will start out and if Regina is also Ursula she may have turned Whale into Monstro in the first place…and then she used him somehow in the Little Mermaid…Who knows but it will be fun to find out…oh and just speculation but maybe the bow and arrow that Rumple gives Snow is actually Robin Hood’s bow and arrow…and maybe Sidney is also Jafar because at the end of Aladdin was that not who became the Genie since the blue Genie was set free…Can’t wait for Season 2!!
ok maybe I am crazy but seeing as how we did not know that Jiminy cricket was not always a cricket until the episode that still small voice I think there is still a very good possibility that Dr. Whale is in fact Monstro and that he was not always a whale…Maybe Regina turned him into one and that is why he is always reporting to her in SB..Plus think about it… we have now officially met all the “good” characters from Pinocchio, but what about the villains? There are more than one in that story though Monstro is the scariest and we know nothing about his possible backstory…and if Regina turned him into a whale since the shows creators have already mentioned they are hoping to introduce Ariel into the next season and the EQ’s remark about a mermaid in Skin Deep could he not help out or serve as a sort of go between for EQ and Ursula…There is so much potential with Monstro because there is virtually no backstory on him…Maybe there is a reason why Gepetto ended up inside him…endless possibilities which would make him a very useful villain for the writers…but hey just a theory.. 😀
I agree that I don’t think Charming would have left his mother to die. However we still don’t know what inspired Charming to leave when he did. Everyone assumes that it was because of Snow but that does not really make sense…The last time he and Snow had had contact before he decided to leave she had basically broken his heart and told him she did not love him. He has not spoken to Red yet so he hasn’t realized that she was lying to protect him. I can personally testify that men are really dense when it comes to that sort of thing, fictional or otherwise. He knew that his mother would be killed…I’m wondering if he got the courage to leave because somehow his mother got a message to him that she had somehow gone into hiding and she was safe. I would personally love it if Rumple had something to do with ensuring his mother’s safety. That would not surprize me in the least though for that to happen I think Charming would have had to have found his mother before he imprisoned him…curiously I don’t think he knows about the dagger…Slo many theories that could be spun about this…
