I think the heart belongs to someone we haven’t meet yet and this could be how MM fingerprints got in the box. EQ could have showed her the box with heart in FTL
I do think SW left her prints on that box during her time in FTL and as far as whose heart, I doubt it’s Kathryn’s as I think we need a conclusion to Kathryn and Frederick’s story
