Where’s Emma? Everybody is trying to protect the baby. Regina, Robin, Belle, … even Henry is in the hospital. But Emma and Hook aren’t. Shouldn’t she be helping?

Emma was in the cemetery when Snow first started having contractions. She knows the baby is on the way. She’s not going to be doing “misc” things. She should be there.

Regina went through all that trouble to protect Snow’s apartment from Zelena being able to enter. Yet, Snow and Charming opt to have their baby in the hospital where Zelena can just waltz in and take the baby. That was a bad decision.
