Interesting framing note – clip 2 opens prominently on a broken wheel. More wheel of time references?
Yeah, someone (thehollow I think) mentioned the wheel in chat right after this clip came out and my brain instantly went to our Wheel Of Time discussions.

It’s a pretty major scene! (Like, seriously, if you don’t want the climax of the ep spoiled, don’t watch it.)
I’m wondering if Emma and Regina did a body swap to catch Zelena off guard? That would make the light magic and the speech about heroes more fitting, if Regina is actually Emma.
So the time travel spell gets stopped. But judging by BTS pics, there’s still time travel, soooooo?
If only they’d let Rumple make her pay for what she’s done. So close to being rid of her.
Rumple’s brain is actually GOLD. LOL But he’s able to function just fine still, even though his brain is sitting in a bowl on the ground?
Regina’s line about, “I am today,” in response to Zelena saying, “So you’re a hero now,” is what makes me think Regina could actually be Emma. I’m all for redemption for Regina, but her actions in this scene just feel a bit over the top “good guy” to be real. And if they released that much of a scene, surely it means there’s a twist to it that they’re keeping under wraps?
^^^ I don’t think so cause right before she used the light magic she looked right at Robin I’m guessing to summon positive emotions.
So what was the point of Emma then? I thought she was supposed to be ‘the only one’ powerful enough who could save them. I’m hoping there’s another twist, that seemed a bit too easy.
