That’s an intriguing theory! It would certainly make sense for Lancelot to have been attracted to a woman who could do battle with fierce creatures, and it’d be nice if he was tempted to his ruin by more than just a pretty face.
Also, if they didn’t wanna let it slip that there’s gonna be a “Lancelot Lives!” reveal, it’d make sense for them to use a fake name in the casting call if this is Gwen.
Now I’m also wondering if the Seer character with the casting call for ep14 could potentially be Morgana.
Hm, don’t know how much of this is true but according to onceuponatimefans.co.uk
Looks like some gender switching may be underway on Once Upon A Time. Cassidy Freeman, who memorably played Tess Mercer in Smallville, is billed to play “Jack” in the February 10th episode, “Tiny”.
But that wouldn’t match our mistaken identities theory with the twins 😕
That would certainly be a fun little twist on the story. “Jack” could easily be a nickname for a Jacqueline.
I don’t think it contradicts the mistaken identity bit, they’re two separate events/people. We saw Jack’s skeleton in the Giant’s house, and we saw James die at another time and place. James could have been part of the battle with the giants, but he ended up escaping and surviving it, unlike poor Jack.

That would work. I think the casting call for “Helena” a fierce hunter, is actually Jack (played by Cassidy Freeman). I think Arlo is the giant’s older brother who warns him not to venture down the beanstalk.
