You could be right RG. It could be the business side of TV but that doesn’t explain why none of his cast mates have acknowledged him leaving. Surely ABC wouldn’t stop them from doing that. There would be no reason to ask that of them.
Heather thinks it’s a sign of support for MRJ if it was ABC, a censure against ABC I guess. I don’t know, though. I’m conflicted over all of it. I suppose they could have called or said goodbye on set and not done it publicly on Twitter. They may not understand how the fans would see that.
No one will ever convince me that nothing was going on behind the scenes before MRJ left the show. This cast was tighter than all get out just a few months ago during the NL arc and now, they barely tweet anything about the show and don’t even tweet each other anymore. Something is fishy with this whole thing and it is really starting to make me upset. Why won’t they say anything? Why did Josh’s BTS pictures stop (my theory on that one…he got horrible reactions to the Neal funeral pic and decided to stop posting them)? Why doesn’t anyone live tweet anymore? Why are Keegan, Raphael, Michael Coleman, Lee Arenburg, and random other 2nd tier character actors doing all the tweeting about the show lately?! There’s too much evidence to the contrary for me to believe that MRJ’s exit was for ‘storyline reasons’. Personally, I really do think ABC wanted him gone and the main cast isn’t happy about it. Actors are used to coming and going from projects so why is this whole scenario playing out in such a shady way? BTW-I would appreciate hearing something down the line about how the cast was great to him away from social media, that they all called or texted him after the episode, or heck, that they threw him a goodbye party in Vancouver. The problem I have with the lack of social media response is that Scandal also killed off a main character a while back and the ENTIRE CAST was still tweeting with the guy whose character died the NIGHT his death was confirmed and they still tweet with him now! They were all great about it so there is a way to be gracious about a fellow cast mate leaving a show without ruining anything for the rest of the fans or the story. The fact that this OUAT cast, who by all accounts are some of the nicest people on the planet, haven’t said ANYTHING about it or to MRJ (aside from a very few comments from non main actors) is what makes me believe something fishy is going on. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck…..there’s usually a duck involved somewhere that isn’t quacking up the whole story for us. *still annoyed by this situation* (Pardon my duck analogy, LOL)
Agree and lets not forget the twiter unfollow and the fact that as soon as fans complaint to Adam, ONCEABC was following MRJ.
Also the rumours that fans sent to Adam, about being MRJ asking out bc of ABC fan service to hook and crap writing, where he even beg the fan not to say that:”please , please stop saying that and please dont spread that as true”, he actually asked fans to no pass it as true, he could have said simply, not true, dont believe in rumours, but no he used the world please several times.
For example, they all change their words around the time they were already over with the nvl arc, on the premiere, there was a party and neither Emilie or MRJ ( he was at his sisters birthday party, but didnt made on time to the party), also jared sister( this was someone that was pointed out at other forum,) was a big big SF shiper, stop tweeting on october, around that time they already were preparing the part 2 season, so maybe was around that time they found out and maybe jared told her, and about that time were reveal the nominations to the PCAs, that happened on 8th of Jan, they day they filmed the death scene.
Also until 307 MRj used to talk about Neal as I after 308 he talk about him as He, also when asked if there was hope to Sf, on a 308 live tweetingm he said there is hope for all ships, the same with jared that always said that he wanted neal and emma together, around the same time started saying that as long emma was happy henry would be happy.

Well me too. Rumple and Regina have always and forever be my most fav. Ever. But I would gladly keep watching and being excited about this show even without Rumple, if the story would keep being amazing as it was.
But if Neal is really dead forever this is not a fantastic story. And the funniest thing is that I NEVER EVEN CARED FOR NEAL for his own sake. Not the character (go look at the rumbelle thread how mad I was at neal) and not for the actor.
The ONLY reason I stopped watching this show and following this rediculous story is because neal was part of the bigger STORY. and they couldn’t kill that.
I am all for the story. I love the characters, but I agree that some of them can die.(like Cora and even Rumple) but more than anuthing, I love the story. Or LOVED the story. lovED.when it was beautiful Once.

The ONCEABC account is…special. They know how to alienate and anger fans quicker than any other TV account I’ve seen.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I just saw Sneak Peek #2 on the OUAF FB page, and I said that Hook is a bit OOC and that the writers are starting to mess up their characters (I don’t think I need to convince you on that point, that’s pretty much what we’ve been saying for 2 weeks). When the woman who runs the page answered me, I started to wonder why I bothered to say something :
“I think that the writers who actually invented these characters know what they would and wouldn’t do. They can’t be ‘messing up’ their own inventions. They are simply telling the story they want to tell, regardless of whether or not it pleases everyone.”
I’m really sick of all those people who agree with everything the writers do and say, just because…they’re the writers, nothing else. And I’m also sick of their favourite argument “you’re not the writer, so you cannot say anything negative about the way they write the story”. I don’t know if we watch the same show. I just guess it takes all kinds to make a world…

No I agree with you.
I was listening to Operation Cobra’s final podcast (315) and I realized that not only did I agree with everything they said about Quiet Minds but that the writing on ONCE is really starting to bother me as well. Inconsistent rules of magic, huge gaping plot holes, characters acting OOC to what they’ve done before, curse/amnesia/TLK/villains who have the same psychological makeup as the one before, lack of equal representation of all kinds of people, filler and colorless characters, no time to breathe or explain because you must advance plot….
There is a difference between hating/bashing and having actual legit criticisms. A lot of what people say are legit criticisms. But lately it just gets shot down as “you’re a hater”

No I agree with you. Exactly. Some people don’t understand that we criticise some aspects of the show because we love it. I put an end to the conversation on the FB page because I don’t want to have a fight with anybody, it just makes me sad when people say I’m inventing things… This forum is so much more peaceful…
