Let’s all just take a deep breath.

There is always the dropped plot point that the Blue Fairy is the “Original Power”. She’s supposed to be this almost god-like power and they completely dropped it.

I’ll never have my “Ultimate Puppet Master Sneaky Fairy” and that makes me sad.

There is a lot of discussion about what is to blame: the writers or the 11/11 format. We can blame the 11/11 all we want, but at the of the day I will remind everyone that shows like Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, TWD, and so on and do forth all do split seasons and…well, I have no qualms with many of them.

The 11/11 could be handled wonderfully if the writers didn’t get so distracted by shiny objects all the time.

This is to say nothing of Jefferson and his hat, Cora/Rumple’s struggle/war, Pan’s drawing of Henry, Neal’s entire life, and so on and so forth.

Agents of SHIELD also handles split seasons well.

Agreed! They make the breaks seem so natural. They always leave an intense cliffhanger, but we’re still left with an intact storyline to build off of.

The fault that is in the split season is like @RumplesGirl said, Adam and Eddy focus on the shiny things rather than their plot. Split seasons work with shows like TWD or Shonda Rhimes Thursdays because they actually focus on their plot rather than focusing on the unimportant things and catering to ships.

In less stressful news…who else watched and fell in love with Grease Live?

Yeah you guys are right.  The split seasons can and should work.  Shiny objects… Oh and I actually really enjoyed Grease Live!  One golf cart almost flipped over at the end though haha.

Uhh I miss these story lines.  Someone should make a thread of all the lost story lines and mentions of characters and give percentages as to the likelihood we will ever see them.

Too much of a harrowing morning at work to post anything intelligent or take up the discussion. But here, I’ll leave this here–

How I feel about the recent OUAT “scoops”:

Also, don’t y’all miss Jefferson? I miss Jefferson.
