So after 3 months of hiatus heck–we have longer to go.

    *sigh*

But think about it: if the SF stuff is yet to come and needs to be explored later then Neal CANT die in 316. How do you resolve a relationship from 313-315?????

You’ve got a point RG I’m digging my heels in and I’m prepared to wait it out here in this thread. I have faith in our Ship I Believe that Neal & Emma will be reunited and back together before the Season Finale

Exactly…which is what I’ve been saying. Neal’s death would not only signal the end of his second chance, but it would also bring Emma’s individual character development to a halt.  Her way of dealing with things has always been not to deal with them, to keep her head down, and to shut off her feelings. Remember Emma’s confession in the Echo Cave; it would’ve been easier on her if Neal had died than to face all of the pain they went through all over again. Neal’s “death” would’ve been the easy out for Emma; but that means Neal’s survival is key to Emma facing her past, doing the hard thing, and believing she actually could open herself up to love and to Neal again. I think Emma allowed herself to kiss Hook as a distraction, a misdirection if you will, from the pain over her continued loss of Neal, the man she truly loves according to Eddy Kitsis. Remember when Emma confessed to Snow she’d kissed Hook. Snow’s reply? “Emma, I get what you’re doing  you know. You don’t want to hope that Neal could be alive, but you should….Because all happy endings start with hope, and you deserve a happy ending, Emma.”

MamaBear Snow. She is wise. 🙂 #ILoveSnow

And yes, not feeling anything is a good alternative when what you feel sucks. (it’s almost like Emma Swan has said those exact same words….)

    Food for thought. From Tumblr

    Wicked is coming.

    Also, we’ll see August again.

The night Emma went to jail will be dealt with.

August’s bike’s license plate is from Kansas.

If Neal had stayed, “horrible things would have happened” (by Mr. Horowitz)

    So…

    Kansas

    WICKED

    Hmmm…

One very encouraging thing that Barbara Barnett hinted at is that two objects from an episode with the name of a city in the title would reappear in 3×12. Well, the only two episodes which really meet that description are Tallahassee or Manhattan (I’m not counting Welcome to Storybrooke since SB is a fictional town, not an actual city). The first two items which immediately come to mind from those episodes are very connected to Swnafire: the swan pendant and the dreamcatcher! (I suppose you might include the yellow bug in there, too, but either way, all SF-positive)! 😀
