I can’t believe I’m even on here. Habits are hard to break, I guess.
But … I thought the radio silence from Twitter and the … seeming conjecture … of that article were odd too. I tell myself not to have hope, but it seems I’m too stupid to quit.
They did say a death would be reversed a while ago. And I don’t think they meant Rumple — They invoked the shadow thing. This isn’t a shadow … but …
Ugh. I need to stop.
MRJ’s been so great and gracious to his fans I find it hard to believe he’d be silent, even if everyone else was.
The whole thing was just WRONG.

Cause this story needs some mending & a better happy ending...
I barely slept last night because I was so upset over this absurd episode last night (don’t get me started on how unhappy and honked off I am that A&E basically ruined me emotionally right before Reds Opening Day…aka, Christmas for me) but it actually made me feel a little better this morning to read that you guys feel the same way as me: Something just seems so OFF about this entire thing and I cannot shake that for anything right now. The Twitter silence from ALL of the main cast members except a handful of them (and Colin’s perky tweet about hoping we all enjoyed the show about did me in last night…took everything I had not to tweet him something really snarky), the silence from MRJ (no goodbye from him?!), the silence from A&E (we could really use some confirmation about this right now….didn’t they confirm all the other deaths that have happened on this show?), and the absolutely horrible writing that left so many things up in the air. I thought of that hand mark too and wondered why they would make it so close to the wraith looking mark if Neal was just going to plop over dead. I still can’t get over the fact that he never got to see Henry. Why would they do that?! Ugh, I hate this feeling that I’m stuck with and I honestly do not know how I am going to get through work today. Thankfully my boss is out of town so I can sneak in here from time to time in case you guys hear anything and for the support system. Part of me really wants some confirmation from someone, ANYONE, that it’s all over so I can grieve and get past it but part of me keeps wondering if they’re being silent for more reasons than we’re supposed to know about right now and we won’t get that confirmation because of #nospoilers.
BTW-Just a report on Katie since I mentioned her here last night: she’s hanging in there but I kid you not, she’s feeling the same way we all are right now, that something is off and she just can’t put her finger on it. I told her to come visit us here when she gets a chance so hopefully she does at some point. She’s hanging in there though, just like the rest of us. 🙁

I’m glad this thread is here, it makes it just a little better to be able to share the grief I guess.
I catched up on the few pages I missed so far and it’s so true no parents should see his child die/sacrifice himself.
I’m not sure I’m gonna have the courage to actually watch that episode later when I’ll be back home 😡
After reading the comments regarding Neal’s “supposed” demise, I felt the hopes and dreams of some of the fans, were shattered, how quickly some of the Swanfire fans accepted Neal’s demise because their hopes for Swanfire died.
Episode 3 X 15, was a confusing story indeed. Let’s put our disbelief aside for a moment, put the broken heart on hold and focus on some of the strange interactions from this episode and other episodes.
Hook is hiding something. His attitude is cavalier in this episode. Let’s look at some of his distasteful moments:
Hugging Neal – was Hook in fact, saying goodbye to Neal because he knew he was going to die….because Zelena told him about the life for a life curse?
Hook’s wimpy and cowardly apology to Belle. Is that the character of a man who changed his ways because he “loves” Emma?
In 3 x 14 Hook look worried when Emma was going to open the storm cellar so he convinced Emma to get help. Did Hook know Rumple was in the storm cellar?
Notice when the camera pans to Hook, his facial expressions, his mannerisms. I keep thinking Hook is hiding something – his connection to Zelena perhaps?
I could possibly be deluding myself too – as I believed in OUAT hopes and dreams for happy endings like the rest of the Swanfire community.
But……no. Something is not right……..as another fan put it Neal’s death was too “contrived”.
OUAT Wiki lists MRJ until episode 18 and characters would be added as more info becomes available for the following episodes.
Could be flashbacks. Also, could be MRJ is filming a movie and needed time off?

Colin’s tweet was probably just clumsy but yes he could have abstained

I tossed and turned all night too. Kept waking up and it just hitting me all over again. Crazy how much this resembles actual mourning.
It was a moral, it was a foundation of hope and truth. It was that little beacon of light in the dark that told you everything would be okay in the end.
Exactly. It is not just about his character. It’s about everything this show stood for. I feel like the show is dead. Because from s1, before MRJ even CME on the scene, Baelfire was that beacon of hope for me. The reason for the curse the reason for everything. The reason for the show. I understood that very quickly. It is not the only reason why I watched the show, but it resounded in me from my very first time watching.
It’s just all so fishy. It really is.

I have a hunch Neal may have opened the lock but just not remembered. He came into Mr. Gold’s shop and collapsed, but prior to that didn’t remember anything else except for the car crossing the town line.
