Hey all. Just wanted to duck in and say hi.
I did wonder if this was going to touch off a battle in Emma. We’ve seen many characters waver back and forth with a dark side or one sort or another. Emma has not. This … this could do it. This could tip her over the edge. She could go after Zelena with no holds whatsoever barred, and man, I want to see her do it as much as I want anything in this show right now. It could actually be interesting character development. (I could see it push her toward learning to use her magic more, too.)
But, man, I don’t like how we got there.

A and E have said this will light a fire under Emma. So I expect it’s personal for her now, at least more so.

Yep my thoughts exactly. Right now I just want the good guys to kick some major butt. Cause really, lately they’ve been kind made a fool of by the baddies. Henry deceived by Pan, Snow deceived by the so-called midwife Zelena. This is probably why I like Regina so much, she’s good, but with serious attitude and a lot less naivety.

For the record: just because I don’t jump ship doesn’t mean that I don’t wanna Emma to be happy. I want her to be happy–whatever that means. But SF is my OTP and that’ll never change. So however she is happy, great. But it doesn’t change my love for Neal and SF

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"The thing is, even in interviews released YESTERDAY, Adam and Eddie still said nothing is going to happen in the near future with CS… she isn’t focused on that. They didn’t admit it would ever happen, but they definitely ruled it out for now. I think people are reading wayyyy to much into what Neal said. She brushed off Hook MORE than she brushed off Neal in the last few eps of 3a. She was actually open to the Neal date. Neal, knowing that she wasn’t really into Hook, wouldn’t be speaking of Hook if he knew she wasn’t into him at the moment. He was speaking GENERALLY. Not specifically.

And if Emma’s happiness does mean she’s a single mother then she’s a single mother.
My mom raised me all by herself. It’s a powerful statement on TV to have your heroine do that.
It doesn’t mean I am some sort of anti-Hook/anti-CS person.
Also, just because I’m angry at the subpar story telling that resulted in the death of my favorite character doesn’t mean that my perspective is wrong.
