Congrats to those who predicted that Neal sent the message and memory potion to Hook!
So one more time, for the cheap seat in the back, how the HECK does Hook get to our world?! Regina just said that there are no more portals–hats, beans, ect.
Hook had to be going pretty fast in order to escape the Curse.
How did this play out?
Maybe Hook didn’t escape the curse and there was enough potion in that vial for both him and Emma. Still doesn’t explain what happened to the Jolly Roger, though.
In 315, the hospital scene, didn’t Neal say thank you to Hook for giving Emma the message to return to SB? So, hook knew the message was from Neal…….which means Hook lied in 319 when he said he didn’t know who sent the message. Not looking good for Mr. Hook.

Good point. Hook should know, right?

Except that Neal didn’t have his memories at that point, so either this is a continuity error or he just heard that Hook was the one to get Emma. If it’s the latter, Neal’s letter might have been anonymous. Hook said that he assumed the letter was from Snow and Charming. He never said he knew for a fact.
Regina believes there’s no way to get a portal back. But that doesn’t make it fact. Regina also didn’t think she could rip Snowing’s heart in half and stick it in two bodies until she did it. And, the portals might not be able to present themselves within the reach of the curse, but as Hook mentioned, he’d been sailing the realms…so other lands may not have the same issues as their kingdom because they weren’t affected by the original curse.
Maybe Hook met Glinda and Glinda somehow helped?
Could’ve RG…still trying to process the ep…that was a LOT of information they threw at us in 60 minutes!
I do like that it was Neal who got the message to Hook. The brotp that could’ve been. Although…birds in the EF must be way wicked smaaaart because I don’t think I could tell a random dove to go find some dude on a boat god knows where and, you know, actually get the birdie to do it…
Well it had to be Hook. He was the only one not in the castle so therefore he wouldn’t loose his memories. Neal knew he was the only choice at that point.
It could be an error on the writer’s part with the Neal / Hook exchange regarding the message Neal sent, because it sure seemed Hook knew Neal sent the message. Regardless, it does appear the writer’s are casting more than a lip curse for Hook. His credibility is slowing sinking.
