I disagree with some of what was written there. I dislike when words like “rape culture” get thrown around unnecessarily especially when it comes to certain characters because then it makes it look like fans of the character are supporting “rape culture” when they’re not.
The Rumple/Milah/Hook situation is not as simple as “Milah wanted to leave so Rumple killed her thus promoting “rape culture”. It’s not so black and white as this person’s the victim/This person’s the perpetrator. All of them had wronged each other in some way. None of them are innocent. They’re all victims and perpetrators through each others actions.

I agree. Milah wasn’t an innocent victim in all of this.
Milah chose to leave with Hook, she also chose to be a complete bitch to Rumple during their marriage. Milah was never the victimised woman. She wasn’t dominated or forced to do things she didn’t want to do by the men in her life.
