Reagarding Ariel, I agree with you Ephona.
I’ve tried to read some coments under the famous facebook pic but there’s simply to many.
Love the crocodille shoes- ow the irony:))
So, I’ve been thinking what is realy so captivating in CS for me. Then it hit me- Killian actions towards Emma remind me of my husbands. Always putting me first or putting with all my crap ect. Yep- CS is my kind of fairytale.:)
August 29, 2014 at 12:31 pm #281181obisgirlParticipantI’m thinking I will be doing a season 3 re-watch of my own on Netflix and write re-watch commentary to go along with it. Who knows? Might pick up on small things I didn’t notice the first time, alluding to CS and Neal’s destiny.

Also loved Georgina Haig’s twitter response…it was awesome. And for those that think she doesn’t look like Elsa….um, are you blind?!

The fact that Ariel and Eric were then living on that deserted island showed that Eric wasn’t going to starve to death. Hook not giving up the JR just meant it took Ariel longer to look, that is all. For a pirate, reputation is important. If people fear you because of your reputation, it means they’re more likely to give up the goods without a fight meaning there is less chance of lost lives. It’s when people start to question that reputation that the trouble starts. Therefore Hook had to maintain his reputation to make things easier for everybody.
And Hook felt bad about what he did to Ariel, even though he was well within his right not to. I fully supported Hook’s decision that episode.
Also I had a thought the other day. What if Hook wasn’t the one blackmailing Rumple but Maurice (Belle’s dad) was. After all, theoretically, Rumple could just make Hook disappear but he can’t just get rid of Belle’s dad. Plus we’re supposedly meant to be seeing a lot more of Maurice next season, why would that be unless he’s blackmailing Rumple?

Also love the croc shoes. Makes you wonder what Rumple was thinking when he did that. His own little private joke maybe?

Ouch! I hadn’t thought of that. I thought maybe it was going to be Henry who blackmails Gold because he will be working in the shop, so it wouldn’t surprise me if he somehow stumbles across this locked vault he can’t open and asks questions about it..
Moe’s already on my blacklist of least favorite characters, but if he blackmails Rumple…Belle mine as well shut him out of her life too. I’m nothappy about Rumple’s actions but at the same time, I dread what’s going to happen next. I’d hate to see Rumple dig himself in even deeper trouble than he already is.

Exactly & when put in that context, it is totally in line with Hook’s code of honor not to give up his ship & reputation for her, because as you say it keeps his crew & potentially other crews in a much safer position when it comes to pirating, which equates to his trying to keep as many people alive as possible.

ohhhhhh, Now that would be a very. very interesting twist POM, I like it! You also make a good point, why wouldnt Rumple just poof away or bug-a-fy Killy if Killy was blackmailing him? I doubt it’s because of Emma- I’m not sure Rumple has come quite that far yet & I cant think of a reason- other than making him tell the truth (in which case whats the point), maybe getting his hand back, or for info/way to capture/return Elsa maybe??? that Killy would have a reason to blackmail Rumple anyway- The only thing Killy has on Rumple is the exact events of Milah’s murder, that we know of :/
