Hook is a total feminist these days, even though he has a rocky past with women. When Charming revealed a little skepticism about Hook dating his daughter, the pirate assured him that contrary to his past behavior, he doesn’t see Emma as “loot” for him to acquire. Which is a good thing, because Emma isn’t an object to be won, stolen, used, or owned. She’s a strong, independent woman who could absolutely kick Hook’s ass if he even tried to objectify her and she deserves to be loved. So, basically, OUAT just told us that Captain Swan is a team that’s built to last. Even if they still have never had a first date — unless you count getting chased by that snow monster in the OUAT Season 4 premiere a first date.

You know, one would hope that tonight’s dialogue between Hook and Charming regarding his intentions would clarify to the haters out there exactly how NOT “proprietary” Hooks behaviour towards Emma is and that he sincerely does respect her wishes.  But I doubt it. They’ll certainly find something else to b@#$h about.

I would if I could but I’m still lost in a sea of CS feels & have died like- 50times since rewatching 😉 😛 ….. will be rewatching again after I try gather my brain together in order to watch the 2hr finale of Witches of East End…. help maybe possible after that…. or not, I’ll probably die of CS feels again lol 😉 Jane Espenson just became my BFF 😉 The tweet to thank her so very much for the best CS episode yet, has been sent 😉 😀

Never in a million years would I have believed that hand holding would get me more excited about my OTP than a kiss.

I just watched the episode.

I am now on the floor in a heap of CS feels and may require assistance getting up.

I thought the CS moments were really sweet this episode so much so that I wish that the CS relationship so far had only been platonic so that when an episode like this came along, we could be all “OMG they love each other as more than friends!!! when are they going to tell each other their feelings????”

You what I just noticed that kills me?

After Emma jumps up into his arms and hugs Killian, once she realizes she is safe – it takes her just a short moment to recognize that the reason Killian is holding onto her for dear life isn’t just because he is relieved that they got to her in time and that she is safe.  She realizes that this is the man is who has proved over and over again that he will ALWAYS go to the end of the world or time for her and that he will give up his most prized possessions for her – but she also remembers that this is also the man who has twice before been in the position where he has had to watch the two people he loved most in the world die in his arms.  And suddenly she isn’t the one being comforted.  When she reaches up and cradles the back of his head and the camera moves Killian’s face – we can see his total surrender to the fact that he was terrified that he was once again going to lose the person he most loves in the world, and his relief that this time the person he is holding that he loves is alive and not dead – and he is completely overcome with emotion.

This is such a beautiful scene because up to this point we have seen each of them individually physically “rescue” one another, we have seen them work together on adventures together, we have seen Killian do a lot of building Emma up and comforting her when she needs it but we have never before seen them when they are both literally  raw and exposed with emotion and comforting EACH OTHER.  Killian always knows what to say and do to help Emma, but in that single moment when it was all about rescuing HER, she remembered what he must have been going through and choose to comfort HIM and let him know that, unlike his past experience with love, she is still right there with him.  He asks Emma if she is okay.  At that moment Emma wants to make sure Killian is okay too.

I watched 4×01 tonight. It was good, even the cgi was impressive.

The casting as always is spot on, especially for the Frozen characters. Georgina is stunning as Elsa and I like Elizabeth’s Anna. Even Sven did pretty good.

I like how Emma is finally taking intiative when it comes to kissing Hook. She started it in the finale but it’s nice to see that continue this season and omg, how well Killian can read Emma and know that it’s more than Regina that’s bothering her.

I appreciate how Snow and Charming talked about baby Neal, that maybe they should have gone with Baelfire. So happy that was addressed; maybe Bae can be Neal’s nickname.
