I’m not saying that Hook doesn’t deserve a happy ending nor that he won’t get one. My point was disagreeing to Eala’s post that Hook’s only chance of a happy ending was with Emma and that unless he’s with her, he won’t get one.

Anyways that sneak peek was excellent. Absolutely excellent just what I expected. CS is the perfect potential couple and I can’t wait for S3.
He’s already falling for her hard and we have confirmation that he has his eyes on her but he knows when she needs someone to talk to. He understands her, and it was beautiful.
I loved that they bonded and mourned over Neal together. This played like a funeral procession, and there’s more to the scene that we haven’t seen yet. Can’t wait for that.

I was re-watching Once Upon a Time: For the Fans and Colin’s little interview. He said Hook’s more calculating, whereas Killian is more ‘live in the moment’ guy and that’s exactly what he’s doing with Emma in that sneak peek.
Yeah he was definitely Killian Jones in that sneak peek. I can’t wait to see more of the scene.
That scene was the perfect start of CS in S3 and the haters now saying that they’re a BROTP. They must have missed when the writers confirmed Hook has his eye on Emma and romantic feelings for her.
They’re FAR from a bromance. In fact one of the farthest things from bromance or just friends I have ever seen.

Well that’s not what I expect.
What I expect is by the time Neal’s back Killians already completely in love with Emma, and Emma is at the line of being in love with or having strong feelings for Hook.
I’m thinking they’re either gonna kiss or almost kiss but IMO I can’t for more CS development.
Hook is pretty perfect for her and they compliment one another so well. You expect that though from Kindred Spirits.
Here’s another parallel:
Emma said to Mary Margaret in season one that she’s not sentimental after moving in with her and a few episodes later, we saw that Emma kept her baby blanket.
In this last sneak peek, Hook denied being sentimental but still kept Baelfire’s sword & (a picture of Milah, 2×22).

I totally agree with you here. The chemistry between them is palpable in EVERY scene together. Take the sneak peek. The whole atmosphere was one of an edgy (sexual) tension. To me anyway. That scene was very far from just a friendly one. You don’t have that kind of tension with your friends.

I would have to say that i don’t believe that they will get into a formal “relationship” so quickly. I think that Killian will fall in love with Emma during their time in NL, but i don’t think he’ll realise it for a while, maybe misidentify it as lust. I think that when he realises he does love her that he won’t like it, as it leaves him vulnerable to the kind of pain that caused him to seek revenge for 300 years. But i do think that once he admits to himself that he loves Emma, that will be it for him. He isn’t the type to fall in and out of love. He’s just like Emma – both of them have been emotionally closed off for a long time.
I definitely think it will happen more slowly with Emma – she won’t jump into a relationship when her former love has just died and her son is in danger. Emma will be EXTREMELY wary of entering into a relationship again. She hasn’t had one for over 10 years after all. But they will be getting closer, and the fact that Killian is helping her to retrieve her son is something she won’t be able to forget.
I agree with hookian that they’ll probably kiss or almost kiss this season – enter Neal. Emma will push them both away because she’s emotionally overwhelmed. Neal will confront her over her “I love you” but she’ll be confused and conflicted because she will have feelings for Killian. She will attempt a relationship with Neal in order to see if she still loves him/to get closure/Henry’s prompting. Killian will always be around though, in the background, waiting for her. Hopefully SF will then AMICABLY split. Then Emma will go to Killian (hopefully eventually with Neals blessing). That’s my current prediction lol.
