I guess things could happen that way but then again, we are in Neverland for the first eleven episodes and know how how many months that equals in Neverland. Hook and Emma could be in some kind of relationship by the time they leave.
I never even thought of that! I completely forgot that time works differently in NL. Lots more time for Captain Swan together…. unless Neal somehow makes it to NL of course.
Ok, predictions for how CS will play out in season 3! I’ve given mine already(although a very simplified version haha, there’ll be a lot of drama and angst in there i’m sure). It’ll be interesting to come back to this page in a years time to see how on/off base our theories were 😉

I totally agree with you here. The chemistry between them is palpable in EVERY scene together. Take the sneak peek. The whole atmosphere was one of an edgy (sexual) tension. To me anyway. That scene was very far from just a friendly one. You don’t have that kind of tension with your friends.

I would have to say that i don’t believe that they will get into a formal “relationship” so quickly. I think that Killian will fall in love with Emma during their time in NL, but i don’t think he’ll realise it for a while, maybe misidentify it as lust. I think that when he realises he does love her that he won’t like it, as it leaves him vulnerable to the kind of pain that caused him to seek revenge for 300 years. But i do think that once he admits to himself that he loves Emma, that will be it for him. He isn’t the type to fall in and out of love. He’s just like Emma – both of them have been emotionally closed off for a long time. I definitely think it will happen more slowly with Emma – she won’t jump into a relationship when her former love has just died and her son is in danger. Emma will be EXTREMELY wary of entering into a relationship again. She hasn’t had one for over 10 years after all. But they will be getting closer, and the fact that Killian is helping her to retrieve her son is something she won’t be able to forget. I agree with hookian that they’ll probably kiss or almost kiss this season – enter Neal. Emma will push them both away because she’s emotionally overwhelmed. Neal will confront her over her “I love you” but she’ll be confused and conflicted because she will have feelings for Killian. She will attempt a relationship with Neal in order to see if she still loves him/to get closure/Henry’s prompting. Killian will always be around though, in the background, waiting for her. Hopefully SF will then AMICABLY split. Then Emma will go to Killian (hopefully eventually with Neals blessing). That’s my current prediction lol.
I have to agree on almost all of your points, Eala. I’ve got so many thoughts in my head concerning Emma and Killian, but I just can’t really express them since english isn’t my native language. At the moment I’m worried about Emmas feelings towards Killian. The way she looked at the sword made me think that she’ll not stop loving Neil any time soon. I always thought that she’s already over him, that the “I love you” was not really what she was feeling but more something she was feeling a long time ago and wanted to tell him before he – what she thought – died. I’m certain that Killian will fall in love with Emma in Neverland and I think that he already has some strong feelings for her. But I don’t know what Emma is going to do. I think she’ll try and block all the feelings that might come up for Killian – she will do whatever it takes to not fall in love with him. And when Neil comes back and is alive and well I’m worried that she might choose him, mainly because of the fact that he’s Henrys father. Plus I kinda think that Killian wouldn’t want to destroy Baes/Neils family again, I don’t see Adam and Eddy go that way. I love the sneak peek, I love that Emma and Killian bond and that she sees his sentimental side and that he cares for her in a way. What do you think, when is Neil gonna make it to Neverland? When will him and Emma see eachother again? I am a diehard CSer, but at the moment I have to admit that I’m seriously worried that they won’t be endgame. And I think I couldn’t stand seeing Killian be shoved to the side the minute Neil gets back alive. It would break his heart and mine, too. I just hope Emma sees that Killians the better man for her. And he is, isn’t he, fellow shipmates?!

I am not a shipper myself, I don’t ship any couple, but I just want to say how much I love on – screen chemistry between Emma and Hook. I really enjoy watching scenes between these two, although I wouldn’t be a big fan of that new sneek peak, there is something missing in it, or there is something too much in it. I really admire how passionate you’re about this ship and you see things I unfortunately can’t see myself :(. I believe I am forming my own head canon for Hook, that is very dramatic, so I can’t see these two ending in a relationship, unless something BIG will happen and I will be like ‘BOOM! go go Captain Swan!!’

It’s funny, I got something totally different from that part when she looked at the sword. Think about what she said: “I didn’t realise you were sentimental” right after he gave it to her. She was thinking about Killian at that moment, to my mind. She was surprised that he had kept the sword.
I always thought that she’s already over him, that the “I love you” was not really what she was feeling but more something she was feeling a long time ago and wanted to tell him before he – what she thought – died.
I think that “I love you” was a lot of things. She didn’t want him to let go of her hand. She knew that she still cared for him. He’s the father of her child. Their relationship had no clearly defined ending. I think all of that was a confused maelstrom in her head at that moment and the only way that she could articulate those feelings was to say “I love you”. And I believe she actually does love him – he was her first after all. But I also think that 11 years is far too long for there to still be romantic love there, especially mixed with all the festering feelings she associated with his putting her in jail, and the fact that she waited for him for two years to show up after she was released and he didn’t. Then there’s the fact that he moved on with Tamara. She loves him, but is not IN love with him. That’s just my opinion though!

I think she will go back to him for a short while, if only to get closure. But it won’t be the same between them as it was before – Emma will have huge misgivings about the entire relationship, wondering if she can even trust him. He put her in jail, he moved on with Tamara, and he let go of her hand in that portal scene. The feelings she associated with those occurrences won’t just go away. Their relationship just won’t work IMO.
And yes I believe that Killian will be very conflicted himself, but that’s what’s going to make for lots of juicy drama 🙂

We all have those worries at some stage moraha, you’re not alone. Especially when there’s a touchy feely scene which features the other ship. I don’t think Killian will be shoved to the side (I don’t think he would allow that lol), I think that Emma will still remain close to him (or circumstances will force them to interact a lot), even if she’s with Neal for a while. She won’t be able to forget the fact that he helped her get her son back. That will stand for something.
Yes, I believe he is the better man for her. He will love her with everything he has, and Emma deserves that. And she in turn will bring out the best in him. But brace yourself moraha, it’s going to be a long road! A+E will keep us guessing until the very last moment, until we’re sitting on the edge of our seats with our fingernails worn down to stubs. But the reward will be all the sweeter. All we can do is have faith in the story they’re telling us.

Welcome to thread isabells and I saw over at the CSF thread that you compared Hook and Emma to Christian and Satine from Moulin Rouge, one of my favorite movies. It’s funny because awhile back, I was listening to the Moulin Rouge soundtrack and submitted a fanfiction prompt for a CS fic but based in Moulin Rouge.

I don’t want that. But I can’t help it.

I don’t ship Captain Swan, although I am fascinated by all these ships and especially CS and CF, because fans seem to be most passionate about these two. Watching both actors on screen is pure enjoyment, they just have so much chemistry together, that I can’t get over with it 😛 Maybe it’s not a place to say it, but for various reasons I don’t think they will be endgame, but at the same time I don’t want to see Hook being hurt, again! First by Rumple and then by his son. In both cases, it would be over a woman. That’s why I wouldn’t be a fan of that whole triangle. I know, some fans are excited about, but I am not. Besides, Jen and Colin are quite beautiful people, so it’s a pleasure watching them together 😉 Speaking of that scene, there was something missing in it and I still don’t know what.
Ha! Little crack theory. The best way to find out whose Emma’s real love is a sleeping curse! Get Regina to put her in one, then Hook and Neal will stand in a queue, give her a passionate kiss (because I am sure they both want it!) and we will find out, who is Emma’s true, true love 😉 But I know, that’s the easy way to do it and it would break SC shippers heart or CF shippers heart.
The one thing I want for Hook is to interact with Henry somehow, hopefully in a friendly way 🙂
I still don’t know how to quote, so @Moraha don’t worry! English is my 2nd language as well, so I often find that I don’t get my point across as I would like to, but at least I am trying. There’s no shame we can’t speak English perfectly, I don’t think anyone can:)
