If CS doesn’t happen, I am giving up on television. This would be horrible writing if CS doesn’t happen and I hate writing like that. It’s my biggest pet peeve. You don’t have a build-up like theirs and then, nothing happens.

If CS isn’t TL, I am giving up on television. Seriously. They’re setting it up that way at every turn we go, DESTROYING us with feels, to the point where even a 2 second scene of them together had the entire CS fandom flailing and hyperventilating.
I have invested so much in this OTP, my obsession is even leaking over into RL. AND I AM A RATIONAL SANE PERSON.
But it’s going to happen. They’ve written it that way. We just have to have faith in A+E that they won’t let us down. We may have our small moments of doubt, but in the end, CS will come out on top.

It gives me hope. And this show is about hope. It won’t be smooth sailing but we will eventually get there and it’s going to be beautiful when we do.
Woke up to lots of wonderful goodness and hopefully staying in my happy bubble! Been spending a lot of time on tumblr so most of my rewatch metas have been over there (easier to avoid the hate and not tempted to click on anything that will upset me) but wanted to pop in and say how happy I am right now! Getting close to the new season and it sounds like there’s going to be lots for us to look forward to as shippers AND Oncers alike! So excited!

SO excited! Trying my best to stay in my little bubble cause I know that we’ll only be united in wanting new stuff and then things will explode again but I love this group and want to pop in when I can/when I feel it’s safe.
Obisgirl, looks like you found my secret hideout on tumblr (you linked to a post of mine in another thread earlier – so flattered!) I’ve been putting my magic mice to work over there during my rewatch. We definitely need new material to pour over and thankfully we are getting it soon!
Who else from here is on tumblr? I love this group/thread and we need to keep showing we exist, even in a mostly SF group of people, but I like the freedom to post over there as well where there are definitely more of us. Would love to connect with you guys in both places! I’ve been hesitant to connect myself publicly since I have history here and I’ve been enjoying the freedom to post whatever on tumblr but I love you guys. This is where I found I was not alone. We may be small (here anyway) but we are mighty and haven’t given up even when surrounded by those who don’t see the same things we do. 🙂
I like being able to debate things and hear other (respectful) opinions here but I also like the freedom it gives me to just fangirl and block out all the hate / avoid the things that will make me upset. Here I mostly stay within this thread now but am tempted to read things that I know will just make me mad (and I’m sure people on the other side feel the same!). Can’t wait for us to have new stuff to fangirl over. I just hope someday we can be a bit more united so that the hate stops!
Season 3 is almost here and we’ve (somehow) managed to survive. Hopefully the premiere doesn’t kill us all with feels but I have a feeling it’s going to be amazing! (AND we get 11 in a row, soooo happy!)
I’ve managed to convert a couple of people to CS this summer – namely my mom, friend, and little sister (she NEVER likes my ships – EVER). Hoping more come around once we see how things play out.
