I think it’s going to be a 3×22 moment 🙂 mirroring the premiere (“actually I quite fancy you from time to time when you’re not yelling”) though i’m not adverse to getting it sooner. I don’t know, at this stage I don’t think Neal is going to say it. I mean, the writers (A+E) made it out to be Neal’s greatest regret and then, when the rubber hits the road and they see each other again, also in an episode written by A+E (i’m nearly sure) he doesn’t say it. There’s something funny about it anyway.

I had a feeling he was going to get arrested, because it made NO sense that he would go to ask for information when she’s more familiar with our world. I’ve seen headcanons flying everywhere – my favourite is one where Killian takes all the blame for a crime they commit and goes to jail for Emma. Thus contrasting with someone else.
