I really don’t see the cheating thing as news I know I mentioned it first but it was really out of sarcasm lol I guess that’s only evident if you’ve been involved in the ins and outs of voting polls you expect cheating going in. I was hoping to see what they were doing and figure it out but I couldn’t find much. From what I’ve seen I don’t expect much when it comes to cracking down on cheaters what matters more to these people is getting hits on their websites or being able to report record numbers of votes. I haven’t looked but I bet that post is out there somewhere. As a young ship we just haven’t learned enough yet which is why everytime I’ve posted a voting tip I find way more people that haven’t learned of that tip than have.

@CaptainEala I would hope that these contest runners clean up their contest rather than just force us to find more innovative ways to beat the system every year lol
We’re at 280K everyone I don’t care what those other ships have we know this was all us And I’m proud of all of us for our time and dedication 🙂
That cheating thing is really a bummer! I mean how many of us spent hours each day voting with our actual FINGERS????
I don’t really do much with Twitter but I was more than happy to put up with all kinds of teasing from my friends while waiting at my son’s practices due to voting on the PCA site over and over again! Plus my husband thinks my new bedtime ritual is 30 minutes of voting prior to sleep.
I think we should be proud of ourselves for putting our hearts and souls into our CS ship and working so hard to get them as many votes as possible without setting up heartless robots to do it for us.
I hope Colin and Jennifer know how hard we tried. It will really suck if the results look like they were blown out of the water by two other couples when it was really cheating that made the results so skewed. I don’t want their feelings to be hurt. Although I’m guessing we care about this award more than they do!!!
At the end of the day, it was still the only one that made it from OUAT, and regardless we ARE the winners because we have our ship, whether the world at large loves it more than any of those others or not.
I’ll be very interested to see what happens in future years once CS is more established. We were up against some couples that have been a huge deal for years and are very popular. (I’m sure there’s some overlap too for some people which causes them to either not vote or split their time between them which doesn’t exactly help but you’re entitled to love more than one thing).
Hate that, as always, cheating is rampant but not much we can do about it except hope for the best. I was shocked when I saw how far in front those two were so it doesn’t really surprise me. It’s just awful for everyone else who actually put in the time.
Considering we are going up against established couples, I think we did amazingly well, regardless of the outcome! Just think of all the future years we’ll see them up there too! We consistently make the polls for things even though we’ve had ONE kiss and people are still hung up on the idea of a love triangle. Imagine what will happen once that choice is made and we get even more wonderful moments! 🙂

Final twitter tally just under 293,000 tweets. It’s finally over! I’m really proud of how well members of our ship came together to try and win this thing. Regardless of how this comes out we know we put forth an honest effort for Captain Swan. All that’s left t. Say about this from me is I’m so glad this is done and we can move on!
