Lol, and people give out because he pushed her into a wall?? Double standards fandom.

    Emma Swan manhandling/besting Killian Jones.

Aaaaaaaaaand let’s not forget the fact that she knocked him unconscious with a compass.

Like, if he had pushed her in a malicious way I would have been like “whoa there!” but none of the “abuse” on either side has been malicious or done out of anger. NONE.

    And that is the difference.

I never thought I’d be capable of letting go of my first love, to believe that I could find someone else. That is, until I met you.

Captain Hook and Emma Swan (Once Upon A Time)
The most immaculate kind of love is passionate, sincere, appreciative, fearless, challenging, vigorous, altruistic, and ultimately unconditional. Captain Hook and Emma Swan’s bond is fortified with the utmost respect and loyalty — there aren’t two people who are as graciously kindred as the pirate and the lost girl. Through countless parallels, their story gorgeously mirrors Prince Charming and Snow White’s while substantiating that Emma Swan, the product of true love, will undoubtedly have her own exquisitely wondrous, fairytale-like love story. As her father once said, “true love isn’t easy, but it must be fought for because once you find it, it can never be replaced.” Killian Jones ceaselessly authenticates that he’s wholeheartedly in it for the long haul and despite the hindrances in their path, he’ll not only fight for her happiness, but he’ll go above and beyond to make sure Emma Swan feels as adored as he evidently feels blessed to love her. Ultimately, they’ve effortlessly brought out the best in one another, awakened inner strength, and evoked hope; therefore, there’s no need for verbal confirmation to validate that throughout their journey it’s as though the other’s presence has become home. If that’s not a timeless love story then we don’t know what is.
