I realized, Emma gave up Henry so he can get his best shot. Hook did give up Bae to the lost boys for Bae’s safety.
Hmmm I would disagree. That’s just me. I think he was hurt by the things Bae had said about Milah, and Bae wanted to leave the boat. So I’m sure he said to himself “why not kill two birds with one stone – I’ll make Pan happy and Bae will be reasonably safe”. I think he regretted handing him over almost straight away though.
They must have had some sort of relationship on the island since we know that Killian worked for Pan and he knew where Bae lived. So Killian must have made up for what he did in some way 🙂 At least, Neal didn’t seem to harbour any ill will towards him until he found out there was something between him and Emma.

I’ve been lurking for awhile now and thought I’d be brave and post something. I love how Hook still wants to know more about Emma while Neal wouldn’t have gone near her if he knew who she was. He really has said some hurtful things. One thing that sticks out and really bugs me is how Neal was all big and tough to Mulan and Robin about saving Emma but when he got to Neverland it was like he forgot all about her. I think if he would have gone and found her on Neverland instead of trying to do it on his own they might have succeeded in saving Henry sooner. Instead Emma had to go get him a second time.
Sorry for the rambling.. I’ve been reading this for awhile and just couldn’t keep quiet anymore. I’m part of the single mother group.. Can’t believe how attached I’ve become to this show. I have to admit that Hook revived the show for me.

I have to say, it bothers me that Neal was so gung ho about telling Emma he loved her, and then when he had MULTIPLE chances, he didn’t. I’m a huuuuuge Emma stan, and that girl has been without love for most of her life, so when he didn’t actually act on his ~biggest regret~ I was just like…. ugh. Emma needs to be told every day that she’s loved. That girl is SPECIAL, she’s the product of true love, and she hasn’t had it for most of her life, and it’s just wrong. And here is Killian telling her left right and centre that he loves her – that is the way it should be for her. Sorry, I’m rambling now!!! Lol.
But yeah, if Captain Hook weren’t around, there is still no way in hell that I would accept a Swanfire pairing. Nope.
About finding her in NL – what CSers have been saying for a loooong time is that Neal’s arc – as much as he actually has an arc anyway – is about his father. TWICE now Rumple has referred to Neal as his Happy Ending. We got an ENTIRE episode (3×04) centred on the reunion and relationship between father and son and we got 3 MINUTES on the Swanfire reunion, a lot of which was viewed from Killian’s perspective. So yeah, I don’t dislike Neal, because I literally do not see him as a threat to our ship… not at all. And we know, from the end of 3×11, that Killian finds Emma and MRJ has not been filming current scenes in SB. He is, ONCE AGAIN, a passive participant in the fight for Emma’s heart. Not that he’s been fighting all that hard in the first place. And you have Killian, who is, constantly and consistently, an active participant.
These choices aren’t made by fate or design, they’re made by the writers of the show, and it’s for a reason.

I think my favorite scene from 3×01 is the shared moment below deck. It’s the small moments like those that Emma gets to see a different layer to Hook; that he’s more than just the pirate on the surface. I really want to see Hook share more of his history with Emma. I was re watching this season and during Good Form I kept thinking if only Emma knew why he became a pirate.
I also like how he looks at her after the leadership speech on the beach.
As for Lost Girl, I think my favorite scene is the “perhaps I would” comment and shared drink.
I love all the “shared moments” they have had this season.
As far as Neal; at first I though it was going to be nice reuniting with her first love. But the more I watched the more I was turned off from that romance… What Hook and Emma have just drew me in… I can’t even remember when I started to enjoy their chemistry.

Yeah, Captain Swan are just special that way. I loved them the minute she held a knife to his throat hahaha!!!
