I put them out of my head because as CS it was ticking me off. I think it’s a lot of the comments that we’ve already heard, a take on the Emma and Neal “truly love” each other (with the “But does that make it true love?” left off). I do know I went and tried to find the quotes at the time and couldn’t find anything that matched. Comic Con was referenced but I watched the entire OUAT panel at Comic Con and all I remember is A&E giving their standard A&E not actually revealing anything responses.
Haha, if I can figure it out, I will, but there probably won’t be anything on mine – it’s fun to look but I pretty much only actually post here. In our safe little forum!

When Pan told Hook the secret about Neal, he made Hook the apex…the active player. He came clean about Neal being alive, he lead them to the echo caves, he put his own heart on the line knowing it would lead the woman he loves into the arms of the man who is also vying for her heart.
=>my heart is melting for you now, Hook. Oh God give me a man who would do this for me LOL
Hook is the one who got the romantic goodbye. In an episode as important as the mid season finale, it was important that they set things up for the rest of the season. Hook will be the one to restore her memories and Hook will be the one bringing her home.
=> Emma always wanted a HOME. Neal wasn’t able to give her a home in Tallahassee. Hook will bring her home to EF/SB or wherever her family is! It’s HOOK! HOOOOOK!

With regards to the home thing, I consistently see SF shippers say that Neal is Emma’s home. That doesn’t make ANY sense to me in light of this line:
I was trying to get you home.
Neal doesn’t consider Emma’s home to be with him. Whereas Snowing consider each other their “home”.
Just some food for thought 😉

It got a little rough. I got a little overwhelmed with the “A&E said so-and-so” but afterward I realized, yeah, A&E probably did say that – but for every pro-SF thing they’ve said, they’ve said a pro-CS thing! Because the statement just causes whichever group to go nutty and all nuttiness over the show is good nuttiness if you’re the EPs!! It’s easier to just stay here. Sometimes I do check out the SF thread, because I do want to check out other points of view, but when it gets too anti-Hook I jump back out. Just like I’d invite any CFers to come read our thread and if it’s too anti-Neal for them, back out. I think overall, most of us here don’t actually dislike Neal, it’s just that we’d like to see the Neal/Emma storyline wrapped up and MRJ given a better storyline than just being a foil for CS.
Actually I joined the convo because that girl had no idea what she was talking about. A and E never ever said anything that she was stating.
She was stating made up things as facts just to make SF look more appealing and it did not slide. Like posting a stupid theory about Hook working for the WW as fact when it’s not.
It’s just some very out there crack theory. Which she can post I guess but if she’s gonna quote A & E then she needs to back it up with a source and I can assure you a and e never said the things she’s claiming they did.
It’s really disappointing to see Oncers who can’t resist to make Hook the villain again when he’s clearly done with that. He’s moved on. I feel like the only reason they want to see him that way is to make him less appealing to Emma and therefore, make Neal her only option.
I don’t want that for Emma. I don’t want Neal to be her only option. I don’t want her to settle, settling on Neal means selling herself short because she can’t find someone else. That’s not very hopeful.
I also don’t want her to continue being miserable either. She deserves to be happy, for someone to love her as Hook does. I mean, let’s face it: once he falls in love, that is it for him. He has this enormous capacity to love one woman. That is amazing devotion. He spent 300 years trying to avenge the murder of his first love.
I repeat: 300 years!
And I’m pretty sure, in that time, he never once strayed from Milah’s memory. I can’t see him having a dalliance with a woman after Milah died. There’s never been evidence of that anyway.
He promised Neal that he’s in this for the long haul and to Emma, he promised that he would think of her everyday. And Emma, knowing what she knows about his previous love; his devotion to her, she knows Hook isn’t playing.
