Thanks 🙂 I try to be cool most of the time but sometimes I look on there and Im like what is this the SF thread? Kiss in Manhattan HONESTLY did I miss that somebody tell me cause I went through a quick scan of it and I can’t find it. One more thing on top of what I said in the chat there’s a reason why Good Form and Going Home were chosen to air before NYCS.

I wouldn’t worry about SF. We have lots of good stuff coming up for our ‘ship. They’re not going to believe that CS are true love until they see Neal die and literally, the death of that ‘ship..
well the evidence of MRJ not being seen for so long might contribute to that being the way the show is going I totally just overlooked the certainty that the WW is keeping Baelfire locked away to prevent a SF true love kiss that would shatter any curse that is thrown into effect into a million pieces. And the whole reason we haven’t seen him is being Emma is looking for Neal so they can lock lips and end the witches curse. I just totally was lost in the shock factor of both of the CS kisses but then again that was their SOLE purpose! And I mean they worked so well I forgot how they kissed in 2×14 (that Manhattan episode where Emma showed up at her door and the first thing Baelfire did was run, then proceed to scream at Emma, his father, and his son who he just met).
These things were really said it’s like the whole reason they invented this Willy Wonka meme

It really doesn’t make any sense at this point in the story to change gears in the second half, from Captain Swan to Swan Fire. We got so much beautiful build-up between Emma and Hook in the first half and I really expect that story momentum to continue in the second half.
Emma already faced her feelings for Neal a few times in the first half. How much clear does she have to be that she doesn’t want to be with him?

Don’t worry Eala, OUAT isn’t going anywhere. It’s still one of ABC’s 3 highest scripted dramas after Scandal and Grey’s…source: tvbythenumbers.com – renew/cancel index. One of the best sites for ratings analysis. They make their predictions based solely on the numbers and that network’s individual trends for renewal/cancellation decisions. They’re generally on point even when it comes to very on the bubble shows. Haha, can you tell I don’t understand at all why people worry about OUAT ratings??! 🙂
Anyway, thanks for the gifs and all everyone! 2 weeks left! I’m biding my time by rewatching S2 and doing some Neal exploration. The SFers were gracious enough to give me lots of stuff to look at, it’s really good stuff. I’m definitely beginning to understand and like Neal more. But yeah…no one will ever compare to my Hook. Even mean ol’ S2 revenge Hook. Sigh. Swoon. Sigh. And the more I “research” the more convinced I am that Milah was Hook’s 1st love, not true love. I think that may be one thing we see with Hook’s and Emma’s storylines – a strong delineation between 1st love and true love. Which is a storyline that really needs to be told when you’re putting a ‘new’ spin on classic fairytales. In every traditional story, ‘true’ love and ‘1st’ love are one in the same, but that’s simply not reality. Some people are lucky enough to have that – I know more than one couple that met in high school and are still very happy in their 30s – but those are few and far between. Emma is nothing if not the embodiment of The Land Without Magic’s reality – our reality. So to switch gears and basically reinforce ‘true’ love and ‘first’ love are the same in her storyline just doesn’t make sense to me. It’s a nice idea, but simply not realistic.
