Haha, yes, to clarify – when I say I want to see “it” I mean, I want to see Emma consciously recognize and express her feelings for Hook, and the declaration of her feelings. I want to see Hook’s face when she tells him she has feelings for him. I want to see their first ‘this is really happening’ kiss. I can do without seeing “IT” per se…
Of course, if we get a CS scene reminiscent of Snowing’s ‘tacos’ scene…I’m not going to complain…tee hee. LOL! Agreed 🙂
Just saw this on OUAT FB page …. NOW REUNITED WITH HER PARENTS IN STORYBROOKE, WILL EMMA ASK ABOUT NEAL ASAP? “For sure,” says Jennifer Morrison. “No matter what, Neal is Henry’s father, and Emma wants her son to have a father in his life. So she is definitely concerned about whether he made it back to Storybrooke as well.”
VERY interesting wording there- not his father, but “a” father- I wonder if it was a miss quote or if she really said “a” instead of “his“, because there is a MASSIVE difference in context to that sentence, decided on by that one little word.
Also saw this WILL HOOK EVER CHANGE CLOTHES? After all, Henry spoke for many by commenting on his “new” friend’s odd garb. “That is a question you have to ask Eddy and Adam, because they will not let Colin [O’Donoghue] change his clothes,” Jennifer Morrison shares with a laugh. WHO SENT HIM THE MESSAGE THAT EMMA’S FAMILY WAS IN TROUBLE? AND WHO SUPPLIED THE MEMORY POTION? At the time I spoke to Colin O’Donoghue on set (during the filming of Episode 18), he said those mysteries had yet to be addressed. But before Season 3 closes, an entire episode will solve those riddles and more — including the possibility that whomever cast the new curse wanted the pirate to seek out Emma. “It could be a trap,” Eddy Kitsis allows. “The message could also have been sent from somebody different than who he thought.”
I’m still thinking that whom he thought the message was from, isnt actually who it was from personally.

Wow, I didn’t even consider the whole dream/nightmare parallel. Those are some valid ideas.
I have to wonder if A and E realize how far the fandom goes in picking apart every line written.

Just to add another thing to it- I REALLY like that Killian is upfront with her about himself- he doesnt hide whom he is- sh knows his dark side & is slowly allowing her self to see his light side.
For Killian actions speak louder than words (& we know this is something that is VERY important to Emma, whom is used to all talk, no action from people), once his heart & mind is set, he follows through no matter the cost to himself or the obstacles in his way. ie. He doesnt say “I want to change” He actually does make the effort to change & then if given a hard time, he isnt afraid to point out he is trying/changing. Nor does he make excuses for his actions, instead he accepts what he’s done & tries to put things right (where can I find a make & model like this?!?!). He doesnt just give empty promises & declarations either, he 1st figures out what is required & then tries to provide it- without being asked (unless someone has ticked him off, in which case he WILL still do something if Emma asks him too 😉 ).
So my point is, Emma is used to “To good to be true” in her life, Killian isnt that for once. Ie. someone comes along, seems wonderful, she feels like she can live ‘happily ever after’ & then is bombshelled by poop hitting the fan in the next instant (this has happened twice to her that we know of). But with Hook/Killian, she already knows all the bad stuff BEFORE getting to the “to good to be true” stage, so finding out whomever she was dating/falling for wasnt who she thought he was, just isnt going to happen! At this point she only has 2 options really- dont fall in love with Hook/Killian & simply remain friends (highly doubtful) OR Emma realizes she knows the worst side of the man who loves her more than life itself (Killian), so she has nothing to lose & everything to gain when she knows him at his best- when he is nothing but loving, loyal, protective & supportive of her, Henry & her family (this is the most likely/ the only likely option available IMO- I could be a tad biased though lol :p )
I really dont want to see poor Emma going down the ‘only knowing the best of the man she’s dating, then hit in the feels with their ‘worst secret,’ just as she’s fallen for them’ again, again- she’s been through enough already- she needs to be allowed to work towards finding/obtaining/accepting her True Romantic Love now- Please A&E, Please!!!!

Just heard the best definition of love ‘Love is when you want the best for another being- whether said being is with or without you’ ….. Like a true CS’er, the 1st thing that jumped to mind was our charming pirate & his beloved Swan 😉

One thing I think is interesting about the show is how it is about fairy tales but at the same times, every thing A and E has done has shown us that fairy tales DO NOT exist. Because what they have shown us is that the fairy tales we thought we knew were WRONG – those people’s lives were just as bad as reality can be. So I think A and E are actually trying to redefine what a happy ending actually means.
This is the big problem I have with the argument of why SF should end up together. It just doesn’t make sense to me. In a “fairy tale” maybe you could get away with it but in reality, there is just no way that relationship could ever work. So to me, Emma’s happy ending is her coming to understand that things she always dreamed about having as a child (kind of like the fairy tale life lots of wanted as kids) just isn’t going to happen but that is okay because life can be so much better than the fairy tale dream version. That’s basically exactly what the meta was saying.
Hook is the unexpected life that is standing right in front of her that is definately NOT what she was expecting but is the reality that will make her the happiest in the end. After she beat Monkey Man and said that realized what she thought she had and what she wanted she could never had, I think she is actually now realizing she will never have the fairy tale life she was hoping for – she is accepting her life is going to be different and that’s just the way it is, she will probably have to mourn that a bit before she is able to see that Hook is her home. But she is definately farther along than she was in 3A when she was still denying who she really was.
