You guys all NEED to read this meta. Warning, it’s very, very long but seriously, it’s worth it. The part I love the most, is We know that 3×17 is called “The Jolly Roger” it is the Hook centric episode that takes place in the lost year. Hook has to fight Blackbeard for his ship. He tells David in New York City Serenade (Aka the season 3b blueprint) that the Jolly Roger is his home. I’m guessing that this is the episode where Hook realizes he doesn’t give a monkey’s butt whether or not he has his ship, all he cares about is Emma, that she is his home. Interesting that Hook will have his own dilemma over his “home.”
@surayya you can tell your friend she did an awesome job! Very insightful. The part that moved me the most were seeing Henry’s words strung together describing Killian to a T. This is what CSers have been saying about Killan and Emma all along. Nice that A and E confirmed it for us.

I just love how they had Emma in frame & taking in Hook saving Charming & Charming’s change in attitude towards Hook. didnt notice before how Hook glances at Emma as Charming tells them all Hook risked his life to save him.
Love how they both go into it all flirty & teasing each other, but are so affected by that kiss, they have to hold onto each other for a few seconds afterwards as they recover from it/ Emma fights the urge to continue kissing him & catch their breath again lol

3dys until the next ep….. it seems so far, but at the same time so close to the end since we only have another 7wks 3dys left to go of this season!
I had a thought last regarding the finale. For those who don’t know, 3×21 and 3×22 will be aired on the same night, we get two hours of Once. Which is something that has never happened before.
We also know that there will be a wedding this season. Most Oncers have speculated that the likely candidates are rumbelle, but if Rumple is still under the Wicked Witch’s control up through the finale, a wedding between Rumple and Belle is unlikely.
Outlaw Queen wedding is also unlikely since being in Storybrooke, Regina and Robin will only have met previously and get to know each other again.
I suppose Ariel and Eric could get married but they’re very minor characters to build a two-part finale around.
Snowing’s already been married twice. No need to make a big out of a third wedding.
…which brings me to Captain Swan. I feel like, them getting married, depending on the progression on their relationship this season, if they are the ones that get married…it would be a natural next step for them. It’s already been foreshadowed that Emma’s not ready for that kind of commitment but a lot can change in a season. We also know that they continue to be close, so it’s probably not unreasonable to think once Emma makes that declaration of love for Killian, that maybe he asks her the question as well. Emma might hesitate at first but then, push away her fear and say yes. Getting married, exchange of vows, is bigger than TLK’s guys. It’s signed, sealed and delivered. It’s a done deal. TLK between them, if the two part finale goes this way, would be a fun bonus..

I’m not sure what I think about the wedding.
I really want to see the development of the CS dating relationship not be rushed into season 3B while they are doing nothing but trying to figure out the whole WW/curse thing. But then again, we got all of Snowing in brief EF flashbacks during season 1 and they really had ZERO dating at ALL. So if they stay consistent with their Snowing/CS parallels, it actually makes sense for CS NOT to have any kind of true dating life and to just go from adventure straight to marriage.
One way I could see them going with this is to focus a bit more on Hook’s past leading up to the suddenness of a wedding. If one of them is cursed or near death (which I am guessing will happen so we get our TLK) it could make Hook think about how he loved Milah but never married her but was still destroyed when she died – yet he loves Emma ten thousand times more than Milah and realizes that he doesn’t want to ever regret making the same mistake with her now having confirmation that they are True Love. And I’m guessing that aside from Emma admitting that Hook is her True Love she is going to realize that he is also her HOME – which she has NEVER had before: not with her parents (even after she found them because she still felt like an orphan), not with any of her foster families, not with Neal who abandoned her and never came back, not with Walsh who she WAS going to marry but ended up being a flying monkey. The only home she ever had was a fake one for the year with Henry in which he even gave her the speech about needing to trust that not all guys are going to be like his dad and that they would still be okay as a family of three instead of just two. Once she realizes all of that I could see her deciding that marrying Hook would give her what she has been looking for.
TBH I’m “meh” about the whole wedding idea at the end of the season. The acknowledgement that CS is TL is enough for me. I want the courtship first, with the fighting and loving etc etc. I think Rumbelle is in a good place right now for a wedding, but we’ll have to see what the rest of the season holds.

Honestly I really hope CS isn’t the wedding. As it’s been said, I want to see the pre-marriage relationship. It would be an awesome way to show how these characters will need to adapt to whatever life they choose. Haha I want to see Hook trying to figure out how people date in this land and Emma reacting to Hook’s Old World sense of courtship. As similar as they are, they’re always in crisis mode. Their day-to-day lives are/were VERY different however. I want to enjoy that learning curve before they jump into official wedded bliss.
I would love it if we somehow end up with a situation where everyone can go back and forth from the EF to SB whenever they want. Like when winter is especially bad in SB, everyone spends a few months in the EF.
The cutest thing ever would be to see Emma and Hook helping each other figure out how to get used to each other’s “realm” – from the clothes they should wear and the food they eat, to dealing with electronics and the lack of indoor plumbing. Figuring out the popular music and entertainment, modes of transportation, slang and figures of speech. Both having to get used to the fact that Emma is royalty is the EF (would they live in the castle as well??); which I guess means that Hook becomes royalty if they do end up getting married on day.
They have so many amazing possibilities.
