I hope we get a sneak peek today! I am so impatient for this episode. I have no idea what I am going to do with myself during the summer hiatus.
edit – Boo! No CS in the sneak peeks. Mostly just rehash from the promos. Hopefully that means most of the episode is too spoilery 🙂
actually I’m quite happy the sneak peek had some Rumbelle . I really hope it’s their wedding coming up.
I’m expecting some game-changing CS moments coming up, esp after the emotional past two weeks.

I saw this ask on a Tumblr page and it got me thinking about the recent Killian is a prince spoiler.
What if the king that sent Liam and Killian to Neverland was their father?!
As far as I know all we know about Killian’s father is that he abandoned Killian. What if it was kind of a reverse Cora situation where Mama Jones slept with a prince and he refused to acknowledge the baby? That would make Liam his half-brother though. Would be kind of cool if the same ruthless king turned out to be his father but neither the King nor Killian knew it. I still like the Davy Jones idea though.
Just fun wild speculation because I am bored today 🙂
I have a crack theory about this week’s episode.
I have no idea why I thought of this but I was wondering how Emma and Killian are going to be sent back in time and something occurred to me when I saw the picture from the promo with Emma standing in front of Hook with his sword in the barn with the clock thingy on the ground – it looks remarkably similar to the scene in the second to last episode in season 2 when Tamara had just shot Neal and Emma got the gun and turned it on Tamara. Neal is lying on the floor behind Emma in basically the same pose. Then Tamara throws the bean on the ground and the portal opens up. Emma almost falls in but Neal grabs her and you think they are safe until he falls in. That’s when we got the “I love you’s” from Emma and Neal before he let go of Emma’s hand and fell into the portal. What if they parallel that. What if the WW manages to “start” the curse and the clock thingy starts to move and open up and either Emma or Killian falls into it and the other one grabs onto the other’s hand. It would be consistent to have them tell each other they love each other then but this time whoever falls in will refuse to let go. If the person who falls either can’t hold on any longer or they get sucked in and yanked away, I think the other person will jump in after them. It would be consistent with paralleling previous situations but also consistent with showing how Hook follows through on things that Neal didn’t, and it would show the True Love element of not being able to go on if something happened to the other person – this time no one would “assume” the person who fell through was dead, they would take their chances and go after them. I think there is a good chance it would happen just like before and be Killian who falls in. Here’s why: Emma just experienced Regina breaking the curse so she knows there is True Love between Henry and Regina, this time around she doesn’t have to worry about Henry being orphaned – she watched him happily telling Regina about his time in NYC and she watched Henry, Regina, and Robin walk away LOOKING LIKE A FAMILY. Also she had just learned that as opposed to allowing Charming to die after casting the Dark Curse, her own mother risked her life by doing something that had a completely unknown outcome because it was the only thing she could think to do AT THE LAST POSSIBLE SECOND that would give her the chance of being with her True Love – having her heart ripped out and split in two so she could share it with him. Next, how many times have we talked about the fact that Hook is the ONE person that has always gone back for Emma? And Emma has said several times this season that Hook found her – most recently when she told Regina that she trusted him she said it was because “he came back for me and he didn’t have to do that.” Plus I think there has been some foreshadowing. We know that the baby and Charming will be at the barn. In the scene where Emma was in the ball gown dancing with Charming – she gets sucked into what appears to be a tree/wardrobe type thingy but before she does she tells Charming not to fail with this baby too. I think it’s possible before she decides to go into the clock thingy with Killian she could look at Charming holding the baby and tell him something like she is glad that he will have a chance with this baby before she gets sucked in. We also had foreshadowing of Emma falling off a bridge when Regina was teaching her magic – and she does actually fall with Regina looking disturbed and staring down after her. I’m sure if I thought about it some more I could come up with some other things as well but those were the things that came to mind right away. Like I said – crack theory, and my theories are usually always wrong.
@RGF, if that all happened it would be EPIC. I love that theory! And it would tie everything in this half season up nicely while setting up the next adventure. Good Job!

I keep wondering why it is Emma and Killian in the past. Only other person they showed was Rumple right? I don’t remember. I could totally see Emma falling through and Killian jumping in like with S2 Emma/Snow in the hat. I think it is a fair assumption that Zelena will cast the time traveling spell and she “fails” in that she doesn’t succeed in going back. Why would she cast it to go back to when Snow and Charming meet? Regina is not only born but full on evil queen at that point so ??? Seems unintentional to me. Maybe it works like the bean and takes you to what you are thinking about and Emma was thinking about her parents. A&E truly have me baffled. REALLY looking forward to all the answers though. This season was a lot more mysterious than 3A.
@Rumplegoldfan – interesting theory! Of course…I think some members of the audience might actually go after A&E with pitchforks if they paralleled what SF fans consider one of their most important scenes with a CS scene. I do like the idea of Emma choosing to go through a portal with Hook. As long as they don’t drop L-bombs in desperation right before it, I’m good…and I won’t fear toooo much for the lives of our EPs!
We are right at the cusp of the CS relationship truly being recognized by both Hook and Emma. We’ve seen parallels between CS and other TL couples…and we’ve seen how different Neal and Hook are in regard to their relationship with Emma. And (I know this is a pipe dream since A&E love their parallels and symbolism, but) this is the point where I’d actually like the parallels to end. I want CS to be completely unique, and not reminescient of, especially, Snowing. One thing that drives me nuts about Snowing is the co-dependency. Emma was so co-dependent on Neal, that it broke her. One thing that I love about CS is their strength individually and together. I love that we’ve seen both Hook & Emma survive on their own; they work together because they want to, and because they know they can trust and depend on each other…ok, Hook’s attempt to get Henry out of NY on a boat with Smee aside…but that really seemed more like desperation and Hook trying to at least try to keep Henry safe if Henry were determined to leave and continued his attempts to do so. But I’m off track.
I’m still not bent on time travel. I still think there’s a chance it could be AU – we don’t know if Zelena is defeated yet…regardless, we do know 3×21/22 will set us up for next season…what if someone’s messing with their heads, creating alternate realities or something. I don’t know, I’m grasping at straws.
