Too bad. We’ll be enjoying it while the haters can hide in their gloomy caves or whatever, only coming out to harass Adam (cause you know that’s already started). Apparently A and E are now promoting abuse because the show is having Emma “give in” to Hook after saying NO to him repeatedly. I didn’t hear any No’s from Emma, who is perfectly capable of shutting down permanently and painfully anyone who messes with her. Where do people come up with this crap?
Wow! I saw that and was angered. Really? CS promotes a rape culture? Really? Hook has never forced himself on Emma and never would. He has placed her and her family above his own needs/desires, even though they still treat him with suspicion. Hook has expressed complete faith in her and wants her to fully accept herself. he wants her to lead a fully her life based on truth and embrace her potential, not to sink herself into a world of self deception that robs her of her heritage and true potential. I also agree that he has not been pestering her for a date or a relationship. Emma has sought him out to watch over Henry and flirted with him in the diner.

A lot of these people are the same ones that promote RumBelle. You know the relationship where the guy literally forces the girl to leave her family, keeps her completely isolated, has her sleep in a dungeon, later keeps her from reuniting with her family (probably because he doesn’t want her to know he beat her father to a pulp and to limit the options Belle has to live without him and which denies her her heritage and family), lies to her about not killing, kills all the time and not in self-defense, never puts her above his own needs (whether for power or vengeance). If you like Rumbelle, I don’t see how you can have a problem with CS or see it as worse relationship when it comes to a treatment of women.

@obisgirl I totally agree, it is a only a very select few who typically hate on Hook, our ship & by association us. I promise there wont be an nasty from me (I have nno desire to be told off or make RG or MP jobs harder than they are), but I will NOT stand by an longer if we are all trying to enjoy chat & some less than lovely person decides to troll our conversation with negativity- that person will simply be polity asked not to bring down the tone of those ENJOYING the show, if that doesnt work I will call out whomever on trolling or hating & request it stop & go back to fangirling again, if that has no response I WILL take it to the mods.
I am NOT hiding away this time, we have a right to chat as well & the few sore losers can simply suck it up & allow us in there without raining on our enjoyment- I mean hasnt that been what WE have been expected to do for Months now?! (I’ve seen a number of conversations in there that I would have LOVED to join in with, but havent for fear of being shredded)- IMO if someone is simply going to sit in chat hating on the show, then they simply shouldnt be in chat in the 1st place & that is the bottom line.

One thing I’m loving right now…I have no clue who they’re bringing in as next season’s Big Bad. I feel like before 3a ended, a lot of us suspected Wizard of Oz/WW was coming in 3b…but I have no clue what they have up their sleeves for our OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED season 4!
You know what, I was thinking about that just before I came on here & you are absolutely correct, I’m a spoiler addict- I just cant help myself lol. But I’m kinda loving the mystery this season! We dont know exactly what is going to go down this ep & we are clueless on who S4’s big bad will be- where we will be, what the theme of the season will be- we know NOTHING!!!! & It’s friggn FANTASTIC! lol (never thought I’d utter that sentence lol).
I’m almost waiting for Count Dracula to make an appearance lol.
I think it’s a shame they used Ariel this season, as I think having Ursula as a big bad would have rocked!
Now we have OQ, maybe we get more of Sherwood type story?
I think they’ve done a lot of the most popular/obvious stuff already (I say that knowing they still have a large barrel of ‘well known’ Fairy tails to pull from lol), so it will be interesting to see where they take us to next. TBH, I’d be fine with either staying in SB or EF & having it more like S1, where it’s not so much the “big bad” in real time- it’s more character growth stuff & facing challenges as they croup up kind of thing, while the “big Bad” face offs are in the past/FB part of the show- I know thats not the way they’ll go (since they said we’d be visiting somewhere new), but it’d be nice if they did that or something similar for maybe 4B 😉
A Robin Hood season 4 would be cool. I’d be happy if they go that way. Perhaps they might if Will Scarlett is back.

I hope these last few posts have been cathartic for everyone, as most of us have been holding back out of sympathy or kindness. Neal’s gone. He’s not coming back. TBH, he was barely there in the first place and I don’t think he made that much of an impression on the general audience to warrant a mass mourning period. The ratings have been steady which just goes to show little of an impact the death made overall. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a Neal hater. I just think he was set up from the beginning to be a foil for the other characters, because he was underdeveloped from the start. Loose ends have been tied, storyline is over and done with. It was never about Emma. It was the resolution of a character arch that began with Rumple. @surayya’s right, there are loads of other stories to tell and frankly, those can be told without him.
I love this forum. I’ve been here since early season 2 and I think everyone, mods esp are great. But I have lurked in other forums and I’ve seen posts about the Oncepodcast that have not been kind. Mind you these were CS and Regal fans talking but the thing is this forum is getting a bad rep.

I was trying to remember what that fan art reminded me of and I know what it is now – Da Vinci’s Creation. The baby’s hand reaching out to God. And the baby was Jesus Christ and he and Emma are saviors.
Not De Vinci – it’s early. No; it Michaelangelo because he painted the Sistine Chapel in Rome and that’s where the Creation mural is.
