Oh, another thing I just realised which proves how much better & more respectful Killy has been of Emma than many of her other suitors, he refused to get ‘closer’ to Emma when he had the chance to- she made it perfectly clear that she was ready & willing to ‘go there’ with him & HE backed off, because that would have been a form of trickery in his mind, something he Promised her we would not resort to in winning her heart- Killy once again had the “easy” option of simply telling her & being done with it (since Emma was safe from WW, it was only Henry, her friends & family in danger if he told her), or keeping it to himself & hoping things changed for the better- at the risk of his own life.

After reading the A&E interview, I’ve come to the conclusion you’d have to be a blind horse not to see where they wanted Hook and Emma to go. Neal just threw a spanner in the works, she was never going to go back to him. He was just an obstacle. I’ve read people say that he didn’t have to die, Emma only had to choose. But I think having Neal die makes things easier for MRJ as an actor. That way he’s not hanging around in the background just being ‘Henry’s father’. (And honestly, what else was there for Neal to do, if he wasn’t going to get with Emma again?) There are already complaints about “where’s Ruby? where’s Mulan?” because the actors have gone off to do other things. If Emma chose Hook (and of course she was always going to) when Neal isn’t in every single episode they’ll be asking “where’s Neal?” It makes a clean break. Also if Neal hadn’t died we wouldn’t get back evil!Rumple, who I enjoy immensely 😀

I’m totally with you there. Although I dont feel like Mulan went anywhere since I watch Believe every week lol :p

Hi Guys

I’ve been more a “lurker” than an active participant on this thread, but the anticipation for the finale coupled with promos, sneak peeks and interviews from the makers have gotten me soooo excited I’m literally jumping and squeeing each time I come across something CS related on tumblr cause that’s how glorious this ship is!

I’m an extremely private person and usually never post anything remotely personal on tumblr or on here, but I’ve been in a dark place in my life lately where everything looked bleak and dreary. Add to that the last episode that frankly kind of put me “off” CS for a while cause I couldn’t take in the hurtful comments that Killian was at the receiving end of. I began feeling that Emma would probably never love him as much as he does her and that they would never be equals in their relationship. I know those were story-telling choices to make the pay-off more worthwhile but my Killian stan heart was bleeding for him. I just want him to be loved and have always felt both he and Emma are equally deserving of happiness and true love (which is what made me ship them in the first place).

All the excitement around the finale, and the general positivity for CS has helped me channel that positivity into my life too. Things are looking brighter and better.

The Back to the Future series has been among my favorite movies growing up! Gahhh! I don’t remember being this excited for a entertainment event EVER in my life!! This ship is going to kill me but I’ll die happily with the “feels” attack!

I read there’s going to be a live watch for the members of this thread. What time (GMT) would that be? Is there a universal link where we could all watch? (I’m in KL, Malaysia)

@polythenepam Hi there!!  I remember you!!  Glad to see you here again.

It looks like you are 12 hours ahead of me here in Indiana in KL, Malaysia.  GMT is 4 hours ahead of me.  So the show comes on at 8:00 pm (EST) here in Indiana which is Midnight (GMT).

I watch live on ABC but I think maybe @KillianJones provides a link where people watch as well?? (Sorry if it’s not you who does that KJ – I can’t remember who does it).  I know someone in the chat always mentions where you can find the link as well so everyone can watch together.

We are hoping to get as many CS fans in the chat as possible – it will be fun!!  Hope to see you there!

I usually wait for someone to post a link on tumblr (while diligently avoiding spoilers which is, trust me, a Herculean task!), but if someone is going to be doing that on here then I’ll keep a look out. I’ve never been on chat here and truth to tell, am a bit apprehensive to, but there’s safety in numbers and if most of us CSers are going to be there, I’m ready to take the plunge. It’s going to be a glorious day of squeeing and flailing and dying of CS feels. How beautiful does Emma look in that red dress??!!

I’m hoping my VPN will allow me to view whatever link is posted (NZ IPs tend to get locked out of most sites, so my VPN is my best friend most days lol). Ohhhh, I just had a thought after seeing the sneak peek & then this pic

What if Emma is weary/nervous of dancing at the royal ball as she A) never learnt to actually formally slow dance & B) wouldnt know many if any of the FTL dances steps/moves at all anyway, so Killian (always being the gentleman 😉 ), reassures her & gives her a lesson on the hoof, guiding her through it! If my head cannon is even close to the mark- I will probably go into over drive on feels 😉 …. of course if they do a P&P Lizzy & Darcy dance parallel… I’ll need an ambulance to resuscitate me from feels overload  lol 😉

I am not a morning person and on Saturday when the kids sleep in I just can never get up. Case in point I just snoozed my phone for 1 hour in 5 minute increments. Reading helps so it’s what I do to wake up. Here I am reading with no glasses the phone practically on my face with 1 eye shut.
Read KJ theory and Jack knifed up snapping to attention.
That woke me right up.

HAHA jenven- I can relate to the phone thing with no glasses- If I take my glasses off I have to have my laptop 10cm from my eyeballs to see what I’m reading lol :p

OMG! I just noticed the time! We are down to approx 36hrs people! Thats 1 & 1/2days left to go! OMG, OMG, OMG!- it’s actually feels like we are getting closer!!!!!
