I actually see Regina and Rumpel as Jacob and the Man in Black from Lost. It’s ultimately a battle between these two mega powers, and they’re using the lives of innocents as chess pieces. Even Emma to a certain extent is a chess piece. We’re stil not sure how exactly Emma will be used to break the curse. Does she have to believe? Does she have to do a ritual? Does she have to be sacrificed? Because if Emma’s death is the only thing that will break the curse, then Rumpel has set her up as nothing but a chess piece.

Belle is one of the major mysteries of the season. The others I’d say are: the fate of Baelfire, who August is, the Queen of Heart, Jefferson, what Cora deal is and how if any connection she has to Rumple and of course what is the deal with Prince “not so Charming” David??
I completely agree. That’s why I’m so excited to finally learn about Belle. The writers have been keeping her locked away all season. They’re keeping her hidden for a reason and I think we’re going to find out in the season finale.

Urgh, I was hoping that the scene with Emma and Regina was real, but I’m starting to believe that it’s a just a nightmare. 🙁
But the rest of the promo looks phenomenal!!! So, Mr. Gold ends uo overpowering August, eh? He had it coming. August, I love you, but you don’t mess with the Dark One. :ugeek:
And we got a little glimpse of Gepetto and Pinocchio! Very sweet. 😀

I agree. Killing Belle would only work against Regina. However, that could easily change if Mr. Gold manages to anger Regina to the point of insanity or irrationailty…which is bound to happen eventually. 😯
And that’s exactly what Mr. Gold has to look out for. Regina has shown herself to be very irrational. So, ticking her off could have tragic consquences.
That’s exactly what I’m afraid of. 😯 Mr. Gold will break their deal (whatever it is) and Regina will punish him by harming Belle. 😥 UGH!!! This finale is going to kill us!!! 😯 😯 😯
I’m curious to find out how the curse the will be broken. Mr. Gold and Regina seem to have two very big, but still very different, plans for the curse and for Storybrooke. And if neither one of them wants the curse broken, I’m not sure if Emma and Henry will be able to break it. I think the writers know that, and that’s why they brought in August. August may have some info on how the curse is broken. And hopefully, Mr. Gold secretly wants the curse broken too. 😉
