The events we saw took place before Emma and not the events of Alice in Wonderland. Angiebelle said and I agree that Alice is not of Fairy Tale Land but of a girl who travels to a fairy tale world only later to return to the real world. The event in FTL in Hat Trick we see the Queen of Hearts, the catepiller, along with a pre-Mad, Mad Hatter. When Alice meets the Mad Hatter in the story he is already coo coo for cocoa puffs. I believe Dororthy from The Wizard of Oz is another character who is also of our world going to a FTL and back also. So going with those to theories and just for now saying they may be true, if they do versions of Alice and Oz both will be of girls of Storybrooke visiting either Wonderland or Oz ro solve something and coming back to Storybrooke and fixing their current situation in regards to the curse. That is if those two worlds have anything to do with curse or maybe they will just be stand alone episodes. TV series do write stand alone episodes just to change it things up if they cannot write them into the entire plot.

It is not likely Graham is returning as Graham; he died in front of Emma. He will be returning as the Huntsman because there is more to tell about that part of the Snow story. Baefire and Belle are returning because there are more to be said about the two in reference to Rumple. Maleficent….ditto. the return is in my opinion the return of Kathryn / Abigail because everyone is focusing on every single character but Kathryn/ Abigail. It is obvious by seeing the end of Stableboy. I was shocked to see Kathryn in the alley was anyone else? I knew she was not dead. One because there is no dea body. Two who gives a darn what the DNA result said. Did Emma perform the test herself???? Is she a medical expert???? Graham survived about 5 episodes without a heart before dying…..does anyone remember when as the Huntsman when she rips out his heart and tells her guards to bring him in her bedchamber and in Storybrooke what does she do when she goes into the Heart Chamber? She takes out who’s heart?……Graham’s / The Huntsman’s and what does she do to it?….. squeezes it, it…and he dies. This past arc was about Kathryn’s disappearence and Snow being the suspect, blah blah blah. There is really not too much focused on August, Bae or Belle but yet everyone is focused on them and not the “dead woman” or rather not so dead woman but possibly alive and possibly now heartless woman.
charmingParticipantI think and believe that Emma is Alice in Wonderland. If you look up the plot of Alice in Wonderland it says that the whole story is about a young girl growing up and realizing what she needs to do to become an a adult in the world. It is about a girl going from childhood to adolescense. Emma had a troubled childhood. If you look at the way Jennifer Morrison protrays Emma it is clear she acts as childish as Henry and in some ways more childish than Henry. Henry is less od a kid than Emma. There are many times where Henry is teaching Emma things she should be teaching Henry. Remember now Emma never really had a childhood that one can cherish and everyone can agree that that is something that everyone cherishes. To this day everyone who has had a relatively normal child remembers something good about those days. Emma can say not one good word about her chilldhood. Henry has more of a childhood than Emma. Him being 10 years old does help but ever since meeting Emma he has stpped being an adult and becoming more of a child while Emma is becoming more of an adult while being less of a child.
charmingParticipantI believe whoever is in the book that Henry is reading has a Storybrooke and Fairy Tale counterpart. Emma is in the book so I think she has a FTL character. Henry is not so he does not. You have to be either mentioned in the book or at least 28 years of age. So everyone younger than 28 years of age not mentioned in the book will not apply. I think Emma is Alice in Alice in Wonderland. It seems like the Queens of Hearts hates Regina. Cora does not hate her daughter because even though she does not care for her feelings she does everything out of “love”. Snow does not seem to have that much hate even thought she did want to kill her at one point. Emma is the only one that can have that much hate or disdain to say that she is not Queen Regina but simply Regina and that there is only one Queen, her mom Snow would be the only Queen in her life.
charmingParticipantIt is very hard to tell which side Rumple is on. He is all about the deal in which the conditions or the string attached favors him. There are things that are for certain: first he did this for his son to avoid the Ogre Wars (getting the powers of the Dark One) because he lacked power. He fought in an Ogre War and probably hated it or seen something he did not want to see, so he did not want Bae to go through that. Belle was to only other person other than Bae who had shown love for Rumple and it is that which he lacks. Rumple seemed to have fallen in love with Belle and did not want to lose his power unless he himself chose to do so on his own accord and that was why he was mad at Belle. He was furious at Belle because at the time it was his belief that Regina had put her up to it she she can have ultimate power in Fairy Tale Land. It was only when Regina who had confirmed that Belle really loved him that Rumple realized what he had lost; which was what he strived for the most and that is love. Everyone who had loved him in the past left him and nobody after that loved him until Belle who left him because of that misunderstanding which was his fault after the fact which he regrets even in Storybrooke. I do not believe his is evil on purpose but evil due to him trying to do the right thing. The Dark Ones Curse in ruling his mind. Nevertheless when it comes to the big picture he is the main villian of the whole story and will probably the last character to change. I think every character (good or evil) needs to change and realize who they are for the curse to be broken, good.
charmingParticipantEmma first has to start believing in what henry is trying to tell her from the moment he met her till now. She next has to start believing in herself and to trust the ones who are trying to help her (Henry, Snow, August and Dr Hopper). She next has to start connecting with Charming who is her father; I think he is the final piece of the puzzle to begin this “final battle” that was foreseen by Rumple prior to the curse. I also believe that this is a very complex curse and has to be dispelled in different stages and it will have to take every single person/ character effected by the curse to realize who they are to start this process. Henry outlines this whole plan starting with Operation Cobra; which is stage one and identifying first who everyone is. Everyone has not been identified and known to both us and them (Henry, Dr. Hopper and Emma), the main members of the Op. From what Henry had suggested it seems that there are many other operations the the breaking of “The Dark Curse”. We all need to rewatch every episode and pay attention to everything Henry says to Emma. I am ready to watch every episode and had seen so far everyone at least 3 times and there will always be something that I have missed from reading every theory posted.
charmingParticipantI agree with Sam. If you look carefully at Regina in Stableboy and compare her to what we already know about Snow and look at what we do know about Snow you can see by the end of the episode where the two took different paths to where they are now. Going with that theory, I think Regina is not completely evil and can be turned back to a good person. The key to Regina coming back to the good side is all on Snow, Charming, Emma and Henry or maybe other characters who are close to her making her realize “the truth” about the events that made her become bad. I do believe it is her mother, the magic that she aquired and the misunderstanding of all of the events that have started with Daniels death to her killing King Leopold that made her the way she is. I also do not believe she knows the whole story. There are parts that I believe that either she wanted to not know or did not know which lead to her wanting revenge and enacting the curse.
charmingParticipantLook she was humiliated when the curse did not work in the pilot. In the Fruit of the Poisonous Tree, Leopold told everyone that everytime he saw Snow it reminded of her mother and was the fairest in the land. Regina marrying a man she hardly knows and of what Snow told cora of her wanting to marry Daniel. Perhaps all of these combined is public humiliation. Regina is hurt it can make people go to extremes….her own words???? Public humiliation may not be just a singular incident. This maybe one of many on a list of charges.
charmingParticipant9. In the story Through The Looking Glass, Alice is crowned Queen and she herself figures out that since she checkmated the white king by taking out the white queen that she was the red queen all along. In Alice in Wonderland, Alice and the Mad Hatter have tea. The Hatter tells Alice he has to have tea at 6pm eternally. In the Hatter episode Jefferson tells Emma that tea time was something he missed with his daughter. Mary hits Jefferson with a crocket stick and in chapter 9 of the book deals with crocket. So Emma being Alice in fairlytale land may not be that far off. Emma and Mary Margaret are the only 2 storybrooke people to meet Jefferson/ Mad Hatter but Emma being the only one who has had direct conversations with him. Hmmmmmmm….. Maybe????? Alice…Emma …..could be I’d say.
charmingParticipant1. Emma is the key to breaking the curse; I would say has to do with Rumple collecting and bottling both hairs from Charming and Snow, which happened before the curse was enacted.
2. Yes, Emma will need to sacrifice to break this curse. Remember it may not be how we think it will be. It does not necessarily mean her life. This whole story is based on fairy tales, in other words literature, so sacrifice may just be a literary devise being used here. Doe everyone not remember anything they have learned in any english class.
3. She restarted time. Confirmed by Jefferson in Hat trick and the end of the pilot episode.
4, Dunno
5. Not sure
6. The enemy of my enemy is my friend and Regina is Emma’s enemy.7. Perhaps Emma guessing Mr Gold’s real name is part of the curse breaking process even though Cora is the miller’s daughter.
8. Probably, then probably not but Mr Gold/Rumple can lose all magic power and maybe even release from his “curse”. She is the savior meaning she can save every single person even Rumple/Mr. Gold.
9. Yes, she is in the book; confirmed by Henry. Her code name as she put it can be Pumpkin in the Cinderella episode but Henry disagrees and when asked what is a good codename Henry responds that she is not ready for it yet. It is a good chance based on all evidence that she can be Alice in Wonderland. Alice is blond like Emma. Alice does have parental problems like Emma does.
10. Yes. Jefferson said she does possess magic and Rumple did say she is more powerful than she realizes.
11. Possibly.
