We know he’s filmed scenes with boys. But we don’t know that they are the Lost Boys, though we all thought it was a safe bet. Now I don’t know. They boys were supposed to be about 16 and have a leader so we all assumed Lost Boys.
I still think they are, but Bae doesn’t necessarily have to have an enmity with Hook since ever. Hook spoke fondly of the Lost Boys in Tallahasse and hinted that Bae didn’t want to be found by Rumple in “The Outsider”; clearly both had a relationship in Neverland, but by “The Queen is Dead” it seems to have ended for him to carelessly leave him locked in NY. Maybe Peter Pan played into this; the beginning of Peter and Hook’s rivalry could be what led Bae to cut the contact with the captain.
BTW, are we sure the characters are the ones supposed to be 16? Couldn’t it be just the actors, and the characters themselves are slightly younger?

Since Matt (the interviewer) quoted Adam and Eddy saying that they’ve seen a lot of theories and none of them are right, I think we can take both Peter Pan and a Lost Boy off the table since those are the most popular. (OMG. Daniel won’t have to drink coffee! This is the truly horrible news!!) But we do know that he knows Hook, presumably from Neverland. Did he crew for Hook? Maybe he fought against Pan and the Lost Boys?
Maybe at the beginning, I guess; I’d certainly give depth to a relationship between them. But he has to have joined the Lost Boys at some point because Dylan has filmed scenes with them, hasn’t he?

The new TV Line's spoiler alert is up. And apparently it debunks the theory that Bae is Peter Pan:
http://tvline.com/2013/04/07/sarah-chalke-interview-video-how-to-live-with-your-parents-greys-anatomy/They also said that Tamara is non-FTL, so no Robin Hood and Marian's or Fairy Godmother's daughter for her.
“As far as Neal….they said they have seen a lot of theories out there…. probably the Peter Pan one…and they haven’t seen anyone get it right yet.”
To me, I may be holding on to threads here but it doesn’t completely debunk it for me. That was their inference; they didn’t ask K&H specifically about Nealfire Pan, just general theories.
There are just s many clues, so I’m definitely holding out.
We have seen peoples’ inferences in spoilers be completely different than what actually happens.
This makes it seem way less likely, but I’m still holding out hope.I think they definitely have a twist, he could be “one of many” still, just not like we think….or who knows, it’s just hard to even theorize now. Everything we thought we knew has been taken away…
I’d like for him to be the only P.P. due to the deep connection we already have with young Baelfire/likability/clues and hints, but who knows what they have planned. I’m sure it is something amazing since it’s their fav!Oh, I don’t know. They were asked about the Neal = Peter theory in the last Lightning Round, they surely had to have taken that one in consideration when they talked to Ausiello.
DemiletoParticipantTruth be told, the moment we heard about the finale spoilers regarding the Lost Boys, I understood he wouldn’t turn out to be Peter. The flashback will clearly be in Bae’s POV, so it’d take a lot of story stretching not to make it clear to the audience that he was Peter Pan, a character we aren’t supposed to meet until season 3, not to mention the mysterious hooded guy, clearly the character named Felix in the casting call.
I’m actually relieved. I thought having him be Peter would only make sense for the parallels, as he hasn’t shown most of Peter’s defining character traits – cocky, boastful and careless, but brave -, he doesn’t seem like the type who would be a leader and it’d downgrade his relationship with Emma to a Peter Pan/OC one. Peter and Wendy are often portrayed as a young but true love that never lasts because Peter can’t accept that growing up is part of life, I’d think that should he ever become an adult Wendy’d be the one he’d want to be with, one of her descendants being the next best thing (hello, 1991’s Hook).
Where do we go from here? Well, Bae came to our world around 8 years after the curse brought everyone here. We’ve seen Dylan Schmid among the actors playing the lost boys in Stevenson, so perhaps Peter and the Lost Boys set off to find Hook because his abscense in Neverland left Peter incredibly bored. 😀 That means we might be seeing Peter as an adult next season; wanna bet we’ll get a repeat of early season 2 where every dark-haired actor cast we speculated was Baelfire? 😆
As for Tamara, the lack of a FTL connection to her definitely strengthens the possibility that she has a secret organization backing her up IMO.

Regina and Gold might not care, but the heroes ought to care. But it could be a plot hole that gets hand waved, oh no one ever found the town…etc. since it is not a problem for the main characters personally if they escape to another land.
Then again, perhaps this is the reason they’ve brought Tamara and Greg into the game, to show the heroes how dangerous would be to leave SB unprotected to any outsider who’d want to wield its magic. Greg has barely arrived and he’ll already get a grip on how to use a bean, who knows how much would an ambitious outsider like Tamara be able to accomplish if left unchecked?
Trust me, this whole thing about returning to FTL for good is just the producers teasing the possibility, but they won’t seriously go ahead with it, not with the major characters and most of the town at least. The premise of the series is that the characters we know from storybooks and such live in a secret community in the modern world, having everyone go back to FTL leaving our world for good would be the equivalent of permanently relocating Friends’s Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Monica, Joey and Phoebe from New York to Los Angeles, San Francisco or any other city from season 3 onwards.

There isn’t a need for SB bubble with the magic beans they all can leave nothing to look back in SB for they were frozen for 28 years so nothing knew there to go back and watch. The people who have magic will be gone Gold, Regina, Emma and maybe the BF. Red wanted to go back to FL and so did the dwarfs.
This isn’t about Regina, Rumple, Emma, Blue Fairy or any other known magic user, I’m talking about an outsider coming inside the bubble and somehow manage to master the usage of magic like the aforementiones ones. Who knows how much of a problem that might create in a world not prepared to deal with magic; for them to leave safely, the bubble that allows the wielding of magic inside SB’s town limits would have to cease to exist, a situation “Welcome to Storybrooke” kind of alluded is not possible.

Well, there are pics of what I’m sure is NOT a dream later in the episode where Neal and Henry are playing with wooden swords and I do believe Rumple is looking on. So that’s kinda happy Charmingstiltskins.
True, but all the family celebrating Henry’s birthday is too cute an idea to be wasted on a dream. So disappointed. 🙁

Random questions, why does most people think the scene with Henry’s birthday is a dream? Is this just guessing or did someone bring it up?
It’s also because in every pic of the family Rumple does not have his cane. In one shot he’s standing without any support at all. That was a sign that Belle was dreaming in The Crocodile.
Ugh, that’s true, I didn’t notice the cane detail. D***, that’s so going to suck that such a potentially good Charmingstiltskin family moment is going to be wasted on a dream. 🙁
DemiletoParticipantI think the episode is titled “The Evil Queen” simply because we’ll see in the flashback the moment Snow, realizing Regina’s true colors, added “Evil” to Regina’s “The Queen”, as mentioned in “The Queen is Dead”. Whatever plot is intended to parallel that is still up in the air for me.
