Theres one thing that I can’t stop thinking about in this episode. When David said to Snow that he wants to go back to their land and that Emma can ‘take care of herself’, did he mean to leave Emma in SB while they go off to live their lives in FTL? I hope I’m wrong, because I was so shocked when he said that. He just got his daughter back and he wants to leave..? 😯

tombo671- I believe that is a bit of a generalisation. Hook has become my favourtite character. Yes he is ‘hot’ as you say, but that is not why he is my favourtite. Hook is a broken man, and he hides behind a mask. he is a very complex character. I am also very interested in his soft spot for Emma and I am excited for their romance to begin.
As for excusing his violence towards Belle, I have not done that. However that does not stop me one bit from liking Hook.I just thought that I should set the record straight rather people making generlisations.
And also, I’m not trying to start an agrument, I’ve seen many arguments start on this site over little things, and this is not one of them.
She has stated this in an interview thing- I don’t know what exactly it’s called, but Jane was doing an interview, I think on a radio station and someone rang up asked her questions about CS. I’ve copied and pasted this from a Tumblr ‘blog’ I think its called.
Anyway, she also mentioned that we (as in people who support CS) will enjoy what’s coming in another interview but I can’t remember where it was, I’ll keep searching for it though. 🙂 So to me, and many other people, it sounds like something BIG is going to happen for us 😀 Because I don’t think that she was talking about the Tiny episode, I think it might be about Manhattan or even episodes after.Me: I was just wondering if you could talk about what was going on between Hook and Emma, and how that’ll play out moving forward, especially since I feel like they’ve been building for a really long time, like since Tallahasse, which was an episode I know you [Jane] wrote a lot on.
Me: And how they’ll move forward with Neal coming into the picture, and whether or not they have a lot of..hope.
Jane Espenson: Well! We should always have hope, as we’ve just learned.
Jane: That is obviously appearing where there are a lot sparks on screen, even though he’s done some pretty bad things on screen, and he’s said some pretty, you know, suggestive things–but there IS this spark there, and I think we are aware of that spark.
Jane: But you’re right, there are a lot of complications. We know how she felt about Neal in the past…All I can say is that we are aware of how well those two play together.
Me: It seemed to me at the end of the episode that Emma went off with Rumple because he said it would it would protect Hook.
Me: And she spent the entire episode protecting him–you know, she hid him, kept him safe, and I wonder if that’ll be brought up, maybe to Hook?
Jane: Um…I cannot comment, but I think you should keep watching, I think you’re gonna like it.Heres the link to the interview- at about 35:10 the question is asked 🙂

Wow..this Tiny episode was so good! I’m actually glad that Hook has teamed up with Cora again, because Cora and Regina are going to double cross him. Why do I think this? Because Hook wants to kill Rumple, not just control him, and Cora wants to take Rumples’ powers for herself. So it’s pretty obvious what’s going to happen. Anyway, this is good for Captain Swan, because it means that after he gets double crossed, he will go back to the ‘good guys’ meaning Emma, and he’ll begin to realise his feelings for her. This probably isn’t going to happen next episode and it might not even happen in the one after, but it is going to happen soon! 😀
Also, just a reminder that Jane Espenson said that the Captain Swan fans are going to love the upcoming episodes- so this means lots of CS feels/scenes!!
They just needed an episode to fill in because Manhattan is going to be HUGE. They just had to build it up, which I think is a good idea. Get all the travelling to airport and giant stuff out of the way so we can get to the good stuff 😀

True, I guess he should be able to hide in plain sight…as long as he didn’t happen to run into anyone who believed in magic. That’s a risk he may not have been willing to take. I’m inclined to think he’s been hiding out in the convent ever since the curse broke.
Why would August be hiding? As far as I know he didn’t do anything bad for people to hate him (except with the Neal thing but Emma doesn’t know), and his father is looking for him. Wouldn’t he by dying to see his father again, I mean August even spent his last days with his father rather than make Emma remember.

Rumple seems awfully grumpy in this scene and in the other sneak peek when they’re in the car. And I love his face after Emma calls him ‘father’, I was not expecting that.
I have a question though- Do Emma, Henry and Rumple meet Bae in Tiny or Manhattan?
